“Best insurance I’ve ever had. I had switched to downs and they helped me with making sure I had enough coverage. Need replacement insurance. I had total loss with house fire. I had checks coming in before I knew what I was even gonna do. Year later I Didn’t hear from the adjuster for a bit I called Downs and they made a call and called me back with a number with my new adjuster the other one had quit.
