My wife and I have enjoyed Spectrum service for more years than I can count.Their internet service is top notch. I can probably count on one hand the number of interruptions I have had over the last fifteen-plus years. If you are having trouble with your service, please call them.That said, you should do everything in your power to avoid actually having to visit their store. Wait times are frustratingly long, likely because only a few people work at any given time. The rest are likely off due to Covid-19.If you are paying a bill, call it in. If you are returning equipment, use the UPS store.”
