Found some really cute outfits for my granddaughter. Very clean store and well stocked. The cashier was not very pleasant. She seemed like she was bothered by being there. When I asked her anything she was very sharp with her answers and a little condescending. I've never had this happen at any Penney's prior and I've been shopping with the company for over 50 years. It's sad when you have such a wonderful store and one person can ruin it.

Was really disappointed at the lack of items they had in their store no good selection it looked Iike they were going out of business

Horrible customer service. I will definitely not be shopping here anymore. Manager was of no help.

Long lines, not enough registers open. Store looks a mess with racks in the aisles.

Not a lot going on, but this is because the Mall it is attached to is pretty much dead. But it is still there, but could use better sales to attract customers.

The cashier was kind and accommodating after we found her. We found what we were looking for even though there were almost no associates to help us.

I've always loved the clothing and shoe options and prices, but it's so hot in this store that I'm afraid to try anything on without leaving sweat marks.. will be shipping elsewhere until the A/C is fixed..

Used to love this place, now I can’t stay in it without needing a hand fan. It’s 2024, no one has hand fans. For the love of god please fix the air conditioner if you want customers to stay long enough to buy things, I can’t handle it currently.

Very upset.. Found a bathing suit I wanted it was hanging with swim shorts that were on clearance.. Took to a lady to get a price check and she said it wasn't on sale.... That there were 6 more and that I should look with the other swimsuits.. There were none like the 1 I had found....I really wanted that suit....
