The gentleman was very helpful and patient while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to order. He was also the only one working and was still able to get us our pizzas and salads in a timely manner. This was on the morning shift of 1/27/24.

Great pizza and the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. There is a guy who works there that, every time we go , is always outgoing , friendly and helpful and so polite. He makes you smile and feel good when you leave. Just great service all the way around !

Had full intentions of getting delicious pizza today, however I quickly turned and walked out once I heard the manager yelling at the tops of his lungs at his staff, which seemed to be very young adults. I couldn’t believe it. Management needs to learn how to talk to their employees. This was ridiculous and u called for. Will not return.

Use to love Jets but not in Bowling Green KY. No clarification on when ordering a supreme thin crust pizza, received a pizza with no pepperoni’s. When called the store basically that is what we ordered, since when. Terrible service… They lost a customer here.

This is hands-down, the best pizza I’ve had in it’s in the top three the restaurants always clean everybody’s always real respectful. I don’t ever have to wait to get my food and I’m from Detroit Michigan and this is the best Jets pizza I’ve ever had.
