The lines here are always so long with only one cashier working. It’s like this every single time. Maybe hire some more cashiers? It is a pretty simple fix.

Super quick decision to look for a gift, even though I did not have the time as I had already looked at 2 different stores. Ran in, straight to housewares, and it was like a ray of light shining on the perfect selection! Grabbed it up and headed to the front and imagine my happiness as it was on sale! Thank you Kohls!

I ordered an air fryer online and never received my package. I contacted kohl’s to get a refund and only received a partial refund. When I called and asked why, they said I had used Kohl’s cash (they subtract that amount from the refund i was supposed to get). I find that unfair because it was out of my control my package getting lost and if i had know i was not going to get my package i would have not used the kohl’s cash. I will
not be ordering online no more.
I recommend receiving your package first and then using your kohl’s cash.

Buyer please beware when you pay your Credit Card off with cash after making a purchase and have to return you will not get cash it goes on your Card. Was told COMPANY POLICY!!!!

I went to Sephora at Kohl's. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for. Highly recommend.
