I was having issues with sciatica, limping on my right leg. Cindy Hudson was my Therapist for my problem. She worked with me on all the exercises, gave me instructional information to ensure I had correct form. She also had modifications for several of the exercises I could do while standing. My first in home visit was successful. My therapist was thorough. It was not easy at all, but afterwards I could feel tension and tautness ease. The workers are great and I can tell a big differencesince my surgery. I 100% recommend them.
