Idk if they see it or not they already have a history of retaliation with me.they have shorted my medication and this time theyre denying me my medication saying the 30 day count doesn't start the day you pick up your medication which by ky law it does the female pharmacist lied and is saying theyre out of my meds now and it'll be delayed another day be ause of that and not the day count.retaliation plain and simple.youre allowed to pick up your meds even controlled atlead the level that mine is on day 28.its day 29 when I tired to refill it .Cooperate doesnt care and won't do anything

This place is awful. The staff are horrible! They told me to come back in three days for my medicine, even though I need to take it daily for my heart condition.

They close their drive thru 30 mins earlier than posted to work on their closing duties. They do not care that the people who need their medication are sick and shouldn't or can't go inside.

Usually have few issues with the pharmacy itself, but today I left work early knowing that they close from 1 to 1:30 for lunch, but the drive thru was already closed off at 12:53 when I got there. I don't live nearby so I'll just have to get it tomorrow, luckily I'm not completely out of my medications today.

I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went there to pick them up and they said the systems were down. Here’s the thing my scripts were filled and ready for pick up. Why couldn’t someone from the pharmacy walk it up to the register with me so that I could pay for it and be on my way? I will be transferring my prescriptions to a pharmacy that I can count on!

Absolutely disgusting behavior towards someone who just got out of surgery. Medication was sent in 1 hour and half early and when we were done with the procedure almost 2 hours after the prescription was sent in. I was still told it would be a 45 min wait. Lazy, un motivated employees, which you typically find at Kroger. Ridiculous wait times and staff is beyond rude. Zero stars it possible.

Had neck surgery in Nashville this afternoon, asked if they could stay open until 8:03, the answer was negative!! Surgeon said tonight would be the most painful night. I guess I’ll find out … The people in this world today have zero compassion

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I'm a diabetic, who has gotten their insulin refilled the same time for years. They still make me wait days to receive the insulin. My wife was the first customer this morning they still tell her it'll be 20 minutes before she can get her medicine. She's the first customer.. we now go to CDS #10 there is absolutely no wait! Pull in and they fill it right then. No rudeness, just kindness because they enjoy their job. Guess what insulin is always in stocks, you know that life for death medicine I need. Kroger pharmacist should be ashamed or change careers.
