Kroger is a go-to grocery store for many shopping needs, offering thousands of quality food and household products. It provides a wide variety of fresh groceries, produce, and products, along with good sales and perks. Many find it has better prices, produce, and products, with friendly, knowledgeable staff and clean stores at multiple locations. Some customers, however, find the sales and app coupons confusing and prefer other stores, noting that certain services like meal kits can be disappointing. While pickup can be busy, employees handle it well. Overall, it is considered a reliable one-stop shop for savings by its regular customers.
