We purchased hardwood from here this morning. The guys that took care of us were incredibly helpful! The price they gave us on our purchase made it impossible to leave without buying our flooring today. There was no pressure and the quality of our product is beyond my expectation, considering the price we paid! Thank you all so much and we will definitely be sending anyone who asks your way.

I don't know why these people don't want my money. I've tried 3 times to get the contractor "Frank" to come to my house to receive a quote on labor before we made out final decision on product. I've taken off 2 days of vacation time to wait around for Frank to never show up or call. When either frank or LL call they don't leave a voice-mail showing they truly have no interest in my business. Poor quality business.

Sales person was very knowledgeable about their products and was very helpful with us finding just what we needed. We didn't feel pressured to decide on the spot and were able to take samples home so we could make a final decision.

Tobacco Road acacia (2k sq ft plus) $20k plus fail from end of 2018. Multiple gaps in multiple locations. Our experience may not be yours but ours was less than pleasant even 2 years out. To start and give background on this reviewer: glass is half full, majority of people and actions are well intended and harmless. Rarely ever leave reviews. Tend to believe construction is an art and not always perfect as things may need to be corrected, adjusted etc. Humidity within normal limits, well ventilated crawl space with b dry system, and humidistat tied into HVAC- a dream for most floor layers I was told by installers. Major remodel and roof to windows were near flawless, minus LL.Without losing anyone whom may read this I will be straight to the point. Install manager Danny (at the time, unsure if still a contractor , not in house installer thru LL) was concerning at best. His actions and mannerisms were concerning to say the least. Felt very uneasy and unreassured with timeliness, responsibility and skill level. Rarely showed up except when money was an issue for workers that were not actually employed by him per the installers words. Wife and kids felt uneasy around him.The actual crew for install were courteous, mostly spoke English and tended to be respectful. I really respected the actual workers. They worked hard and diligently. They did specify they were poorly paid by Danny the independent contractor and would show up only when Danny would pay them.Few issues that I questioned during install to Danny and Brandon the manager from LL were largely unheard. I will speak to Brandon’s defense to be fair as he did seem to push Danny to clean up the staples, splinters and mess from our back patio (trash area they pulled trailer to) after asking if this was status quo. There was another open air utility trailer left at our residence for 16 days after install that was completely filled with pulled up carpet pad, wood scraps, plastic and cardboard trash from pull up and install that required a few phone calls to remove (not to mention me personally having to hitch it up and move it to the end of our paved driveway for movers to access house and multiple grievances from neighbors for the cardboard and trash being blown onto their farms). Now to that actual floor and quality. 99% of the floor is good. 1% is terrible, and in less than hidden locations and LL warranty does not cover labor after the 1st year. Fine. Asked installers at the time why underlayment wasn’t in doorways or why thresholds weren’t placed in doorways which obviously seemed off?? fast forward to 2 years later..Contacted Kimberly at LL (install specialist) whom informed us they would help but obviously not under warranty. She seemed pleasant but unable to help, not her fault, warranty says one year on labor. In layman terms, good luck after the first year.Just a forewarning if you pay 20k plus on floors, removal and install to do your homework, ask questions about the warranty. My advice and 2 cents, go with a flooring store/company whom employs their installers. See attached photos of just a few areas were floor is coming apart and at floor level are buckling as well. Noticeable difference in floor level due to lack of underlayment.

The store manager, Jeremy was not only helpful but very friendly. He really took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. He was not pushy whatsoever but his knowledge in flooring made me want to spend more. The store is clean and organized which made my search easier. LL will be my go-to for all flooring needs. Great job on staff!
