Found some flex spray for a birthday project I was working on …it was a little pricy for such a small can but it gave the rest of this creation a shiny and strong bond to keep the clay from chipping or breaking…thank you

My wife and daughter went in to buy materials for a school project (a birdhouse). They waited over 30 minutes for someone to cut some wood for them, being assured by multiple associates that help was on the way. Finally, they left, realizing that help wasn’t coming. Turns out the clown that was supposed to be helping them was playing around on the forklift—not engaged in any task, just playing. What a way to treat a mom and her 7-year old girl. The message is clear: if you’re a parent trying to get help for a little project with your child, you just don’t matter here. I’ve heard good things about Home Depot though.

We found for the items we were looking for the prices were better at best buys. With that said, the staff at Lowe's was so helpful and Professional.

Trying to find help can be a challenge. There are plenty of people, mostly standing around trying not to accomplish anything in their shift. One person checking out on the lumber side only With four other people to the Wright staying around watching the one person worked. ? Or you can check
Yourself out in their checkout line.

Looking to buy shop lights everything was disorganized had to search and dig through everything to find the ones I wanted. I will say the guy who helped me at the self checkout was very nice.

I have loved Lowe's in the past and will probably always go there first when searching for certain items. However, there have been a few times when I'm in the store needing assistance, and there are simply no sales personnel around who know how to help me find what's needed or simply don't know much about their department. It's frustrating.

I started a non-profit group in Bowling Green. It is one of the 12 non-profits that the Lowes Corporate website highlights as a major contributor. I was told to go to my local Lowes and they would help me get my non-profit off the ground. I was given $4,000 on an electronic gift card that i had to spend at Lowes. I went in and introduced myself to the PRO desk and told them who I was and what organization I represented. I had a list of tools totaling over $4,000 that I needed to buy. They said my e-gift card was not valid because they did not give out e-gift cards. It was a card from corporate Lowes to my organization. No matter what I said to convince them they weren't having it. They even looked like they wanted to fight me. So I left and returned the following Monday. I sat at the PRO desk counter and no one spoke to me. Finally a lady in plain clothes came out of the back room and the first thing she said was, "Now what was your problem again?" Trying to regain my composure, I tried again to explain what I was trying to do. She was very rude and hateful. She said that the e-gift card was not valid because Lowes did not issue those. Not one employee including her even looked at the gift card or tried to investigate it. So I went down the road to the Lowes in Franklin KY. They met me with open arms. They redeemed my e-gift card for $4,000, placed my tool order and help me get set up with my PRO account and tax exempt status. I have used the Lowes in Franklin KY ever since despite having my non profit in Bowling Green. I also found out that the Lowes in Bowling Green called all of the other Lowes in the area to report me and to have them be on the lookout for me trying to pass forged e-cards. If they would have only tried to scan it they would have seen it was valid.

I recently visited Lowe’s around 8:30 pm and needed assistance in one of the aisles. We pressed the assistance button, expecting someone to come help us shortly. Unfortunately, despite the button alert, the employee at the front customer service desk appeared to ignore it completely (picking at her nails/hair when we left). We waited for quite a while, hoping she or someone would notice or offer help, but they didn’t acknowledge the alert or our presence. This experience was disappointing, as we felt our needs weren’t being prioritized. Customer service should be a top priority, even during evening hours.

Spent $7,000 here and had to return one garage door because I was sent the wrong size. Went to Lowes and they said my only option was a check which was weird. They were acting very sketchy about the whole return and started yelling at me to sign a receipt. I called the number they gave me on the spot and was assured I'd receive a check, so I signed and left my garage door. I called the same number a few days later and was told I would not be receiving a check and they can't do anything for me. They just stole my garage door. Called the store and they told me they couldn't do anything!

The 10% #military appreciation #discount has been suspended for #lumber purchases, and also several other categories of purchases such as appliances.
This is not a good thing...attempting to balance the books on the backs of our #Uniform Service Members, thier families...our #Veterans and thier families...and the other #rightful beneficiaries of this program.
REPLY:
There is little to discuss. You have discontinued the Military Appreciation #discount on all the big ticket items such as lumber and appliances and effectively nullified this program for Veterans, Uniformed Service Members and the other rightful beneficiaries. Your "please call to discuss" rings hollow. What matters is action and not talk...and therefore reinstate the program in its entirety.

I spent 4,000 dollars on a Toro mow from Lowe's and the Front Caster wheels have fallen off on the mower not even 60 days into my purchase..Customer service was no help and keep push things on manufacture! I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe's tools equipment and lumber and supply and this has been the worst experience! They have lost a long time customer and business owner for this terrible experience.
