Adriana is the Best, I definitely would recommend her for all your car buying needs! Even though buying a vehicle is stressful, she made my experience very smooth and pleasant! She works hard and you can tell! She even brought me my car to my house, almost an hour away! This being said, I’m a real particular person and I love the best, and if your looking for a car, walk in and ask for Adriana, best decision you’ll make other than picking out your car!!

I had posted my car for sale online. They called and asked if I would come in for an appraisal. I was sitting down the street, so I said sure. I sat and talked to Courtney while waiting for the offer. He is a good man. But, we talked for over an hour before I asked when is this offer going to come back? He goes to check and immediately comes back with a number $3500k below the KBB instant cash offer. That is fine. You can offer what you want. But, I felt like my afternoon had been wasted - no sane person would have said yes to that. Good talking to Courtney. Poor business execution.

I can honestly say this was the worst place I have ever been to purchase a vehicle. The salesman Koby was a very nice and professional young man but the sales manager of this place is a JOKE!!! In my opinion this place will NOT be around long with this kind of so called business management….

Do NOT do business with this dealership. Heard bad things but thought I'd give them a shot. Kevin Murphy, the manager is the biggest crook. Got everything prepared to write the check and he took back his offer, actually gave me two different pieces of paper with two more prices and more fees and a surprise package that he all the sudden had to add. Then told me he had more appointments to see this vehicle so he wasn't worried about the deal we made.

This business is not customer friendly unless you are buying a new vehicle. If you are going to buy a used vehicle from them you need to check the ****** history before closing the deal. I bought a car from them and discovered afterwards it has had body damage on both sides and front. It has electrical problems and every drive is an experience waiting to see what malfunction is going to happen.
