My wife and I stopped by after eating next door. Honestly just came to look had no intention of buying a mattress. After speaking to Jacob and him finding us such a great deal we just couldn't say no. While we were driving home my wife said wow that guy is really good at his job he just sold us a mattress and we don't even need one! But we love the mattress we got from mattress firm! Jacob is top notch at his job!!

Amazing help today with the two gentlemen working. We moved here from Alaska with nothing except what fit in our jeep for my job. Today we bought beds for us and our kids and everything else we needed for it. Smoother process than I thought. Thanks again guys for the help. We totally appreciated it!!

I can’t say enough about how helpful Jacob and Zach were in guiding us on our mattress purchase. Jacob greeted us upon entering the store and after telling him our needs he immediately had suggestions for us to consider. We left the store and came back and Zach picked right up and answered our last few questions. They were both professional and knowledgeable and helped us find on in our price range. If you are looking for a mattress look no further.

Zack the store manager did a great job. We started looking at mattresses and box springs today. Chose Mattress Firm as our 1st stop based on how long they have been in business as a stand alone mattress store. Me made our selection, received a price quote and walked out the door to go to the next business. Before we got to the car my wife and I agreed that we liked his professionalism, turned around, went back in and purchased our mattress, box springs and pillows. They will be delivered on Friday free of charge and will take our old box springs and mattress with them when they leave!Great job!Thank you!

Ordered full size & Twin , great quality mattresses . Ordered the day bed from them , they don’t build for you , but did it my self . Not too bad .

Service was good but as we place the large expensive order and they suddenly don't deliver to my address! Frustrating wanted to cry! How is it that I've just moved all the way from NJ to Kentucky and had my movers and vehicles delivered but I couldn't get Mattress Firm a nationwide store to deliver?? Large dissatisfier!

Knowledgeable, knew which direction I should go after asking my preferences. Quite a few beds to try out. Including different brands. I Needed weekend delivery or else I could have had it delivered in 2 days after purchase. Delivery is next weekend, but so far so good
