My phone drops calls all the time. Cost over 300...the store at Russellville rd.has no phone. My phone says it has no Sim card. My other phone never did this. They won't do anything about it.

T-mobile building has been torn down and replaced by Sonic. Great job by the construction crew! concert crew...i love the new divider and exit for old Rally's building (building still there, however no more Rally's ?) The road really needed a makeover there, thanks sonic for the improvements!!

There were 4 employees and I was the only customer when I walked in. It must be operated by someone either with a great ego or no business sense at all, if not both. All the employees were surrounding the boss who was on the computer, while someone could had easily helped me. Anyway, they acknowledged me when I walked in and said "one minute". Well, 5 minutes later, I still got no help and no word, so I left. Worst service of all. The other T-mobile stores I have been in were always very helpful though.

Quite a stale environment. I was surprised to be offered a free phone when I initially went in to pay for one so flowers to the the lady for that. Though when I was told what I would pay, it seemed prices came out of thin air, nor was I asked if I wanted accessories before having that also on my tab. After asking questions, I ended up walking out of there paying nearly half of what they initially said I'd be paying. So definitely ask questions, rile them if you have to because they're clearly willing to charge you anything.

for the review saying they make you have add-on for more commission is not true. i come in often and they have so many people here they are great!!!! discounts deals the reps they have is rare. me and my wife lovess this store and will remain here they breakdown your price and everything you pay for VERY HAPPY

I went into this Metro location to port over three lines from Cricket. The woman working there begins to tell me that the first month of service, sales tax on the new devices, and activation fees will apply. That's all fine, as I was expecting that. She then says insurance is required on all new devices at the time of sale and that I'm looking at around $245 total today. I thought the price sounded higher than what I had researched and I've not read anything about insurance being required on new devices. I told her I would come back another time. The woman then says "they are gonna tell you the same thing at all the other locations." I then went to the Metro location on Scottsville Rd. and what do you know, they don't require insurance on the devices and I walked out paying $210. Don't lie to your customers just because you want to make commission selling add-ons people don't want. I highly recommend the Metro location on Scottsville Rd. They were nice and helpful. Stay away from this location.

Went in to upgrade my daughter's phone and the told me that we was on a plan that didn't exist and had to upgrade our plan to 40 dollars more because of there mistake not counting all the extra charges. Had the service for 3 years and never a problem then the ladie had an attitude and would not own up to the company mistakes found a better service. See ya
