Told me my phone was dead.Later I used new charger,it works fine.The 2 girls at store DUPED me into buying new phone.Iwner of store said sell phone on FB! I am looking for a new phone service! Cheat,rip-offs! I am 65 & lost with technology.DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have been with Metro since they opened, I recently changed services and was able to get all but three phones unlocked. I called three different times and was told three different things, the first two times I was told I could get my phones unlocked the last time I was told I couldn't and they wouldn't do it. Online says store open.when i get there the girl told me it's closed will open 12 noon. But when you look it up online it says store open 11 close 5. Just need need employees who can get to the store on time

I went in to get a phone case and screen protector and Aaron was really helpful and sweet, she put screen protector on for me, it only took 3min in the store.
