Make sure you check your receipts. I paid for 3 lines but discovered 2 weeks later that there was a 4th line added when I was looking at my account. When you're paying over $200 you tend to trust the calculations of phone, taxes, activation, sims. The guy made it seem like I was getting a deal and said that my bill would be $95 month for 3 lines, well I'm paying $155. Make sure you fully check your receipt before walking out that door.I called Corporate Metro and they said that they wanted me to walk in and confront the person that put it on there and call them from my cell phone while I was at the store, so that they can talk to them. I wasn't about to "start confrontation" with anyone. They said that all they could do is remove the line after 30 days, and I wouldn't get my money back from the line and service added.

I went in today to have my number switched back to my metro phone, the young man that helped me was so helpful and definitely took the time to help me understand everything that needed to be done, he was so nice and polite, and I'll definitely go back to this location when I need anything else, thank you for helping me today ♥

Used car salesman approach. Like to you. Dude said he threw in phone case free, 28$ on reciet. Tried to bring phone back within 24 hrs. Paid almost 300$ tried to give me back 78$ pos people as this store. Do not go to store #13019 or use employee ryt900. He is a crook . If you use metro go to Nashville road one. 4 stores are all owned by same person except that one by cheddars .

like i made a review on russellville rd location ill make one here their customer service is great the reps that is mainly here are also great. my wife and I love metro partly being how we get treated every time we come into these location they treat everyone like family.

Wish I could give negative starts for this store. Drove to the location three times in one week. Called multiple times (they don't like to answer the phones, I've also been hung up on) all to get a new phone put with my number. An old phone I already had. In each visit we talked about the issues on why it wasn't working (phone wasn't unlocked) two of the times the manager was the one “helping†and they didn't inform me on charges to ANYTHING until my last visit when things were finally working. So after all of that I called customer service who got EVERYTHING taken care of for FREE. The store also tried to make me buy a new SIM card for the new old phone and customer service informed me I can use my current one.
