I decided to not utilize Storage Sense facility as I did not want to risk any loss of my personal property. I assessed unit-713 and noticed water marks in the ceiling area. I reassessed the unit further in/outside and noticed potential unwanted water damages to my belongings.

Convenient, accommodating and clean. From the beginning to the end Jacobi was very helpful and friendly. When checking out Jacobi and Tabitha was kind and patient with me. I look forward to using this facility next year for WKU summer break.

This place was ok until my fiance' died and they locked me out of my storage. My one engagement ring was stolen and can't even get in to find my other. My fiance' was my everything and they and his sister who only wanted to see him locked up took everything from me

Great people to work with. - Professional, friendly. They even had to cut a lock for me because I broke my key off in it. It was a very hot day and they got it done without complaint. I'd highly recommend this place to others. Being fenced in adds to the security.

I bid on a unit that went up for auction, called facility to confirm. Great conversation with woman on phone. Very easy pleasant to talk to. I said we would be there in the morning. Got to facility, started loading up stuff. My son realized things were missing. We looked at photo of everything in unit.. We realize things were missing. Spoke to the 2 Woman that took the picture of unit. They explained that they were the only ones with the lock and no one could get in the unit. No signs of break-in. I called auctioneers explain to them, they gave me options on how to handle the situation. I called storage facility back, they said I could bring all the stuff back and put into the unit for another auction. That’s not the point. I won a unit and there were items missing. They have camera’s and only two people had the access, but they said they never touched the stuff. Who did? Seems they should have been a little more concerned things were missing from their facility since they’re the ones responsible for other people‘s belongings on their property.
