“Came in at about 7:30 a.m. was told it will not be done at least for the next hour. It took them two since i was second in a row, had 2 tires on left side checked, one of them had bad rim and other had metal piece in tire. Jeffrey did great job to fix everything.”
“Despite the fact that they nobody was there when I arrived on time for my appointment @ 7:00 AM (aka opening time)they still put my tires on in the time frame that they quoted me. Then 9 days later I was shopping there & got screw in my tire in the parking lot & thankfully I got the the warranty so they replaced the tire right then & there. However because we didn't have an appointment we waited over 5 hours (Patrick who singed me in had gone to lunch & came back asked me "had they still not started on your tire?" When I said no he said "I'm doing it right now" & that he did & in approximately 20-30 mins. So, thank you so much to Patrick!!!? The moral of the story is don't have take your vehicle there without an appointment or you will be there all day!!! Side note: I managed to spend another couple hundred bucks while in Walmart waiting for my car and I just wonder if that was maybe what they were hoping for ?¿?”

“I procrastinated big time and waited until the last minute for an oil change before my trip. I was panicking because it was 11:50 and they close at 12. Austin and Timmy were absolutely amazing. They let me come in and they did a fantastic job with my oil and replacing my wipers. Thank you guys for staying long enough to take care of my car needs on a holiday weekend. Best customer service ever”
