Had them test a alternator cause I thought the bearings was bad. Took in the back. Did not let me see them test. Told me wasn't holding a charge. I explained that's not why I was there. Then Terry told me yeah yeah making noise as well. Took to advanced auto. They let me watch the test. Came back 100% good. Oreillys was going to charge me 250 bucks for a new one. Big scam

Took the alternator from my husband's truck in to be tested not because battery wasn't charging but because we thought the bearings were going out. Terry "tested" it and says oh yeah it's bad won't make a charge. We say we'll that's not why we brought it in. We brought it because it was making a noise. Terry says oh yeah it's making all kinds of sounds too. We tell Terry to give us the alternator back. We take it directly to advance they test it right in front of us. Turns out alternator 100% fine and we needed a new a/c compressor.

The biggest issue I have is when you asked specifically for new parts they order you rebuilt saying this is new. Where brand new parts come in the Styrofoam packaging.

Louisville Road Location in Bowling Green,Ky. Disappointing customer service experience. I visited the store to exchange a headlight that was incorrect for my vehicle. Despite the package being unopened, the young lady couldn't locate the purchase using the name and number provided, even though it should have been on file. I wanted to exchange the item, not get a refund, and was purchasing a more expensive light. However, she displayed rude behavior, rolling her eyes, raising voice and huffing. Eventually, she found the receipt under the same name and number I initially provided. When I asked for her name, both the older and younger gentlemen claimed she was new and they didn't know it. This lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. It's clear she and the other employees need more training to provide better service.

Won't install batteries. Don't recommend. Go to battery plus. 10/10 recommend battery plus. Dude walked up and had us ready ASAP and the battery was $50 cheaper!
