“Was getting a can of touch up paint for our new house. Everything was going good and he was about to show me a sample until the phone rang and he engaged with that customer without telling them he was with another customer, us, which I found to be rude and contradictory to a customer service model. We waited for about 15-20 minutes before another associate stepped in to help and got us out the door. It could have been a 3 star review but the price we paid for a gallon of matching paint was great. But some of the younger people in their store need to be trained on helping the customer they engaged with instead of dumping them and engaging with another customer on the phone”
