“The owners are very friendly and my medication was less than half the price compared to other pharmacys. I wish I would have known about this place years ago. They also sell salt water fish. “I like shopping at Sams Club and always leave with more than I came for. My one complaint is that, when items have instant or any savings, I wish they'd note that on the receipt by each purchase made instead of just at the end. Trying to make sure you got the correct price is time-consuming, especially when you've bought several items.

“I should have given a review a long time ago! I am so grateful for the pharmacy staff in Bowling Green. Every single person who has worked in that location has been a key part of my mental health journey. When I had no insurance, they helped me by finding the best prices. When I had Medicaid, they were always clear about what insurance needed to fill my prescription and still treated me with the same respect. When I transitioned back to a commercial insurance, they were always clear about what I could expect to pay and if I was OK with the amount before filling the prescription.
The last three years have been some of the most difficult years of my life. I couldn't have gotten through it without all the support I had, and that includes all the pharmacy staff. Thank you for continuing to be a part of my life. Thank you for the care, kindness, and smiles I see every single time I come in. You do so much more than you know.”

“I am a nurse working out of state at this time. I was having a horrible day searching for my medication that is a new medication. I had been on the phone with various pharmacies in bg for over 1 1/2 hours trying to find my medication available so it could be brought to be out of state. I called Ely in Bowling Green and spoke to Annslie, my angel for the day, and she not only ordered the medication, but she found me a coupon available, then made sure, even on her day off that the medication would be available for pick up. She saved me over $200 dollars. She went way above her job description and showed the best customer service skills hands down !! She truly makes me want to choose Ely Drugs as my first pharmacy always !!! Thank you Annslie and thank you Ely Drugs ❤️”

“I picked up a screw in my tire, but it was late in the day (only 45 minutes until close). Technician Robert graciously said he could help me and do it before closing! He was courteous, fast, and efficient, and the tire service is free for Sam's members! A very pleasant surprise! Thanks for helping me out so close to closing time!”

“The only complaint about Kroger pharmacy is, my vibryd has to be order 2 of 3 times. I understand it's expensive, not many take it also . But I come for it every month so it should be available to me. Not picking just doing what Google ask As you see by my 1.6 million views on Google. This is pretty much what I do. “Out of all my experiences shopping at Walmart over the years, this location was AMAZING! It was clean and well organized. They even had a separate area for WKU Hilltoppers fan gear - souvenirs and T-shirts. I saw the most adorable infant onesies (bodysuits) with the WKU logo printed all over them. University of Kentucky Wildcats fans could also find things :) I found everything I needed and there wasn't a long wait to be checked out by the cashier. I WISH the Walmart Supercenter in Pembroke Pines was as well managed.”

“A sweet friend named Sophia at Kroger on Scottsville Road gave me 14 Smiley Face “I’ve Been Krogering” stickers just now. Her mentor cashier, who was great with her btw, tried ignoring her requests to scan my items while she was bagging, but sweet Sophia insisted, and I encouraged Ann to let her scan my items. She beamed and exclaimed, “That’s so neat,” after each beep of an item. She took special care of each of my items, and we talked about happy, nice people as she scanned”
