This store is always clean, isles wide enough for multiple shoppers, and helpful staff. Not to mention the mass options and good sales. I definitely recommend you try it and see it yourself. It's a 100% better shopping experience. Plus, there's always front row parking. It's fancy shopping without the higher prices you'd expect.”

“I am a nurse working out of state at this time. I was having a horrible day searching for my medication that is a new medication. I had been on the phone with various pharmacies in bg for over 1 1/2 hours trying to find my medication available so it could be brought to be out of state. I called Ely in Bowling Green and spoke to Annslie, my angel for the day, and she not only ordered the medication, but she found me a coupon available, then made sure, even on her day off that the medication would be available for pick up. She saved me over $200 dollars. She went way above her job description and showed the best customer service skills hands down !! “As a disabled Veteran using Sheldon's for my post operative medications, I want to give Bonita a special shout out for going the extra mile to work through the tough VA bureaucracy to get them filed. Having to deal with the trappings and difficulties that Veterans have to do in order to fight for our services daily, it was nice to have this pharmacy take initiative and do it for me where I was pretty incapacitated from the surgery and would have not had the focus or energy to fight through what should be a simple process. I had made close to 10 phone calls prior to the surgery to be sure everything was in order with the VA and after multiple transfer disconnects, being told a number I had to call that was not correct inside the VA and then finally getting what I thought was good information that ended up being bad information after the fact, Bonita was able to take care of it from her end. I have to say how much I appreciate her efforts after so many bad, wrong and horrible VA experiences that I had to go through before the surgery that was all for nothing. Is there any wonder why Veterans complain so much about how we are treated? Good luck nationalizing health care as this is a small window into what it will be for everyone. Thank you Sheldon's very much from a very grateful Veteran!!”

“The only complaint about Kroger pharmacy is, my vibryd has to be order 2 of 3 times. I understand it's expensive, not many take it also . But I come for it every month so it should be available to me. Not picking just doing what Google ask As you see by my 1.6 million views on Google. This is pretty much what I do. “We’ve been club members for years. We’ve always had our car tires serviced by Sam’s. Since the pandemic the process for getting tires serviced has changed and the amount of staff in the service area has decreased. Now they’ve stooped to a new low. When you call to make an appointment you talk to someone in the Philippines rather than your local store. What used to take 5 minutes took 20 minutes with a bunch of needless questions. Very disappointing that paid club membership now gets you a foreign customer service agent. Incredibly sad!!!!”

Her mentor cashier, who was great with her btw, tried ignoring her requests to scan my items while she was bagging, but sweet Sophia insisted, and I encouraged Ann to let her scan my items. She beamed and exclaimed, “That’s so neat,” after each beep of an item. She took special care of each of my items, and we talked about happy, nice people as she scanned”
