If zero stars were allowed that would be what I’d give. Incompetence at its finest. I called asked what would be needed to cash a check. They told me. I give that what they ask, they proceed to basically call me a liar and call the business that wrote me the check. THE BUSINESS VERIFIED over the phone they wrote the check to me. They still wouldn’t cash it after verbally agreement from the account owner that he wrote me the check. I loathe this place. Absolutely horrible customer service. The worst

PNC Bank has the kindest and most polite and helpful employees, but their system is antiquated....you need one account number for savings and one account number for checking, instead of giving you a blank deposit slip that has the ability to deposit and withdraw with one account number? It also takes their Credit Card company forever to log your charges....I belonged to a Credit Union before and it functioned nicely...my charges were expidited quickly and we had one deposit slip with one account number....on that one deposit slip you placed your account number and if you were making a deposit or withdraw, and it was simply.....I sure do miss them....but the PNC Banking system is terrible....

I’ve withdrawn cash multiple times and every single time they try to NOT give me my own money. I’ve been sitting in the drive through at the window for 27 minute just to withdraw my OWN hard earned money! What a JOKE

I needed a document notarized and the lady spent a few minutes looking over the document at the front door before taking me back to her desk, then she had me start filling out the paperwork. Asked to see driver’s license and then right before notarizing, says ‘Oh, well your wife has to be here as well to sign before I can do it’. WHY would you not tell me this BEFORE you sat me down at your desk?? You could clearly see no one else was with me. Wasted my time. Also, every time I’m in here they ask if I want to open a different credit card. If I wanted to, I would do so. Very annoying. Probably wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t where my wife likes us to bank.

I had the worst experience with this branch. My Business will be doing MINIMAL transactions through you now. Never had a problem for six years at the Russellville Road location, and was always treated kindly and with respect, which does not exist with these employees. They did not respect me or my business. Will not be coming here again.

Scott and Vicki were extremely helpful. They helped me with what I needed after I drove here from the Nashville area because PNC's online/phone customer support was terrible. If I lived near here I'd keep my account, but there isn't a branch near me.

I drove to this branch from Tennessee. Upon walking in the door was held for me and I was kindly greeted by a staff member. Then Megan promptly assisted me with a withdrawal. She had a wonderful attitude and was especially kind. I had a wonderful experience at this branch and would recommend it to other PNC customers.

Absolutely phenomenal experience opening a new checking account today! Debbie Samios at the 2629 Scottsville Road branch was extremely knowledgeable about all of the account options, and had the patience to carefully explain everything to me. She was extremely thorough and definitely on her game! Most importantly, it was great to be treated with respect. I received my permanent debit card (printed and activated today)! PNC definitely is dedicated to educating their customers so that fully informed decisions can be made. I feel like I have finally found a financial institution that "has my back" and that I can grow with! Many thanks to all of the diligent employees at PNC Bank!

I would not recommend doing business with this bank concerning a loan. I've bought several houses and this has been my worst experience. They kept changing the dates they told me my money would be available even to the day of closing. We set the closing date according to when they said the funds would be available yet I had to go to closing with no money because they did not do what they said they would again.

I go to this bank almost daily for my business account. Megan and Mark are OUTSTANDING. I honestly don't like to deal with anyone else. But they are always efficient, polite and accommodating!!!!!

They have good to us so far. I use to bank with them up in Pa but when we moved to Tennessee I tried another bank we wasn't happy so we switch back to PNC we have don't have to travel up there if we don't want to they have changed to where we do a lot on the phone!!😊
