Just left here, took my iPad to a different store that wasn’t able to tell me much. They figured out the issue in no time and got it back to me very quickly up and running like nothing ever happened!

Above and beyond.
Quality tech solutions, greatly exceeded my expectations for what customer care could be for a technology company. I came in to have a screen replaced for an iPhone that I keep as a back up in case something happens to my primary phone. After accidentally dropping it without a case, the screen had cracked, and the display was barely readable. Quality Tech Solutions was recommended to me by a friend who had used them recently for a similar issue. I called to confirm they have the parts I needed (thankfully they did) and get pricing (price was honestly really good for a screen swap) and was able to stop by 10 minutes later. I met with the owner who took the device. I had to go back to my house to finish a project I was working on. He had it fixed and ready to go in less than 40 minutes! When he called, I wasn’t able to leave the house immediately to pick it back up, so the owner personally delivered it to my house 15 minutes later. The company did a great job with the repair, the phone was in excellent condition, and they even put a screen protector on to hopefully prevent this from happening again. Service and customer care is truly exceptional at this company. A week later, the company contacted me and followed up on the repair ensure the phone was working properly.

I so appreciate the support I’ve received from David and his team. I trust them with all my technology needs. We’ve come here for everything from cracked iPhones and iPads to malfunctioning computers and they have not only fixed them but done so at a very fair price. No need to drive to Nashville for an Apple Store. David does it all here locally and quickly.
