I set an appointment and was giving a 12-5 window. The tech messaged at 1 and told me it would be from 3-5. At 5:30 no tech and no response. Called customer service and was told either schedule an in person or they could see me 5 days later. No communication from the tech. Had to take my car in person early the next morning to make it in time for a wedding. Very dissatisfied with Safelite.

Techs did a good job the customer service is god awful. Telling someone to come back after receiving a text to come is insane. Especially if your bay is empty other then people sitting and smoking. Telling my insurance never to send me or anyone else there. Three trips with an appointment is unacceptable

Everything went as expected except the day after the glass was replaced i was told they didn’t have the wiper blades for my car,i had already paid in advanced and my appointment was 3 days out so they gave me a refund for the blades they could have told me in advance that they didn’t have them in stock.
