There is a certain person there that needs to be more friendly to customers. I think sales would go up. I did have someone else help me who was kind.

I called to check on a Brother sewing machine cost they do not carry any machine that is sold on line or in like Walmart. To me it sounded like they were inferior products and they would not sell them that was my impression.
