You will make a reservation so you can hurry but someone else will walk in and they will take them before you even tho you have been waiting for more than 20 minutes like what’s the point of letting people make reservations if you are not gonna make it your priority.

It only works well for 1 month, then they lower the quality and make excuses that your devices are old or that you have to change to a more expensive plan and the most expensive one gives you the same speed as the plan you paid for before, the truth is that it is very bad, you will realize if you try it with an external application because they always say that everything is fine

I will never use this company again. Called this company when I had my apartment to get faster internet than what was offered. They sent out someone to install it then I found out a few months later from their customer service that I never received the faster internet.
This means I paid this company almost $1,000 dollars over 10 months and never received the service I ordered.
I informed them of this for to reimburse me but they never paid me back.
I do not recommend this company at all as the scammed me.

I have had Charter Spectrum internet (1Gig) for years and at multiple locations. It is the WORST INTERNET on the planet. These people need to be sued for false advertisement and failing to provide services for which you’ve paid. Most of the time, I’m lucky to get 80Mbs while HARDWIRED TO THE MODEM. If you call them, they’ll have you reset your router and they’ll reset it from their end as well, then the next day it’s right back to being trash. If you can’t provide a consistent service - guess what - DON’T SELL IT. Absolutely terrible company. I can’t wait for the day StarLink makes this company go bankrupt and out of business. Take your money somewhere else!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had going to a store. Employees are lazy, distracted by talking about things that don’t matter, not at all concerned about helping customers in a prompt and timely manner, and rude. Would never recommend that anyone go here. I don’t have 3 hours to wait to return equipment.

This store and customer service is horrible! Look at the reviews Spectrum… do you care? So glad I canceled their service. All I wanted to do is drop equipment off because service had been cancelled. Not going to wait for a hour or more for that. Left name, address, on note with equipment. Only person working in the whole store started arguing with me. Told me I would be charged back for equipment. I took pic of equipment sitting on counter and left. Spectrum… do better!

Had to pick up my equipment and I walk in to ask if I can pick it up. Explained I am in a huge hurry- as I’m watching 3 employees standing there doing nothing. I have been here for 30 minutes now to pick something up that I’ve already paid for and can’t get to until someone hands it to me. Greatest time EVER.

I hate Spectrum. The employees are the worst, the customer service is terrible. Just trying to drop off equipment is a hassle here.

Spectrum is ridiculous They need more competition They raise their prices whenever they want…. basically the price keep going out ‘ even you went their and ask them to make it lower- they rather lose a customer .

Very friendly people working in the store. Spectrum customer service when you call them is not great but walking in this store is a whole different experience.

Spectrum charges for a full month of service when ending your service even though I had the service for only 2 days of the billing period. Their service is terrible. No wonder everyone streams now. Avoid this company at all cost.
