I canceled my cable service with the cancelation department. They stopped service immediately. The representative was impressed on how much the monthly savings would be, and with a great enthusiasm, sent me to the billing department to adjust my current bill to the new pricing because I'm two days into the billing cycle. The billing dept. said they do not adjust bills or pro-rate billing. Now I have no cable service (which is fine with me per my request) but I have to pay the full amount due for 30 days of service. They would not do anything in the billing department and that contradicted everything that I was told by the cancelation department. Absolutely rediculas!!

Quick. Polite. Inexplicably gave me a cable modem when I live in a fiber area, which was very confusing when the installer came out (though this is probably an issue with the sales team).

Horrible Wi-Fi service. I called to cancel and the lady tried to tell me my experience was so bad because I never called tech support. On top of that she tried to sell me to keep the bad Wi-Fi AND get a phone plan through them. Like if I’m unhappy with your Wi-Fi why would I want a phone plan through y’all. Please if you are able to go with ATT. Save yourself the trouble.

I see that there are a lot of negative reviews, and I understand that people have differing experiences. I'm sad that not everyone has had success with spectrum. My wife and I have enjoyed Spectrum service for more years than I can count.Their internet service is top notch. I can probably count on one hand the number of interruptions I have had over the last fifteen-plus years. If you are having trouble with your service, please call them.That said, you should do everything in your power to avoid actually having to visit their store. Wait times are frustratingly long, likely because only a few people work at any given time. The rest are likely off due to Covid-19.If you are paying a bill, call it in. If you are returning equipment, use the UPS store.

A recent storm took out my internet router and modem I went to get it replaced I waited in line for 45 minutes for a simple exchange due to employees talking to people holding line up they know then the kiosk goes down so they have to call there manger from the back to reset it he resets it goes back to office with about 8 people waiting in lobby with only 2 employees on the floor this is extremely poor leadership and service.

Scheduled an appointment to pickup internet equipment. Still had to wait an hour in line even when I arrived on time. Only took 2-3 minutes to actually fulfill my equipment pickup. Why even allow appointments if they aren't followed?

OMG. What a joke, just wanted to drop off my ex husband's equipment. People skipping in line, yelling across the store, etc. Lady 5 ppl in front of me had been waiting for 45 minutes just to pick up equipment!

Got a phone call from Spectrum offering to reduce my bill if I would give them payment information over the phone for improving my service, Called spectrum and haven't talked to a person yet, after 4-5 calls.
