I recently visited Speedway and had an extremely disappointing experience with a staff member. When I approached the register, the worker blatantly ignored me and pretended to be on the phone instead of checking me out. Luckily someone else was working, but it became clear they had no intention of assisting and continued to act very strangely and passive. This kind of dismissive behavior towards customers is unacceptable and left me feeling frustrated. I hope management addresses this issue, as good service should be a priority. I won’t be returning until improvements are made.

The store is great but management is poor the general brandy, she leaves us employees on the shift to goto the post office and home while on the clock, I’ve watched her take drinks from the back cooler I just try not to pay attention cause I don’t wanna get fired. I rarely even see her when she is actually on the schedule. I don’t know I just feel like we would grow more as a company without her.

Absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms are always wrecked and gross. They put food out with bare hands. All gas pumps are broken.. you have no idea how much you're putting in or how much it cost.

It's 5:22 a.m. I walk in in a perfectly great mood expecting to be greeted with good customer service. But instead I was greeted with attitude and when I asked could I get a breakfast pizza a whole one I was told it was going to be cold, I asked why the inside I got was because I am the only person here and I'm trying to shut down my drawer with the nastiest attitude in iroh that I've had tonight. I've literally been sitting here thinking about buying a whole pizza for the past few hours to just be shut down by a young lady that has a nasty attitude and it's not trying to do her job. Y'all do better

Don’t go to this speedway especially Nashville rd they got mold in the fountain drinks,mold in the ice coffee and still serve it. And they never clean there roller grill they constantly had expired products on the shelf’s that me and other coworkers took off when we worked there And management is awful they don’t care about there store it’s alway dirty I used to work here I was one of the few people who cleaned and the others they don’t work there no more.

I wish I can give it a 0 star the speedway on Nashville Rd in bowling green ky was rude last night after stealing money from my friends card we wanted the merchandise that we paid for but was told it declined when it showed on our bank it didn't it gone through showed the manger and even had our bank on the phone saying it's showing on the banks end that it gone throw but they still refused and was talking to us like we where stupid and full of disrespect. There nothing but thieves and disrespectful people the poor lady works for him she looked confused and tried her best. They stole $45.66 from us be careful they may try it on other people.

Always loved speedway, the points system is great especially for discounts on just about anything in the store. Sometimes I don't even have to pay with cash I used points and out the door.
