Wait times are ridiculous. They've cancelled promotions with no notice, so you expect to pay half price for the tenth haircut or whatever, and nope, it's full price. Prices have also gone up over 30%. Which, coincidentally is the minimum suggested tip. All those issues are on the owner or manager. Staff was friendly. Still not pleased with the haircut though, "just clean up the top, don't shorten it" translated to "take an inch or so off the top". No one was happy this visit.

Sadly gone down hill. Son went in for formal haircut and got butchered by Adam. Poor kid rehearsed what he wanted him to do and went in with basically a 6 inch mullet and told him to take 2-3 inches off of it and leave the length on the top alone. Well Adam I guess knew better then his customer and gave him a fade in the back and trimmed the top? Not only trimmed but unevenly trimmed the top wher the left side is 2” longer then the right. And then when my mild mannered wife went in to let him know my son was almost in tears over it and why he told her that’s what he asked for and treated her terribly. I mean she wasn’t asking for a refund and wouldn’t have taken one, she wanted u to be better at your job and realize you didn’t listen to your customer. When she mentioned that it was uneven, he defensively blamed my kid and said “that’s how his head is” no Adam it’s not, he’s been getting his hair cut for 16 years and your the only stylist that couldn’t get the length the same on both sides. ? a simple apology and offer to fix it would of helped. A little decency or compassion would have been appreciated, but to be defensive and treat my wife like that after butchering a haircut… come on Adam. When my wife questioned and said well what did he say exactly bc he rehearsed what he wanted and knew exactly what to say. And you say he said he wanted a fade…. Come on man he didn’t even know what a fade was. He told you to take 2-3” off the back not 6 inches and fade it. Terrible service. I 10/10 would not recommend unless you want a fade then go for it. But if you have longer hair and would like to keep your longer hair… seek a different stylist. Adam isn’t it. My kid had enough manors to tip his stylist, but his stylist didn’t have enough class to even listen to his customer or have any pride or accountability for a job rushed and done so poorly that I have to pay a qualified stylist to fix what he did to make look ok. And then wait for his hair to grow back out so he can have the style he should of had today. Sadly this location has gone from good to terrible in the last year or so. I don’t know Adam, but I can tell you from what my family experienced that he lacks common decency and seems like he might need to go get more training in his profession. This guy is awful

Absolutely horrible. The staff didn't do anything to keep the wait moving. It is way to expensive for nothing special. Not at all worth the wait or hassle. Go somewhere else.

Horrendous. I showed the staff a pic of what my son wanted, it was a shaggy long bangs look. By the time they were done the sides were longer than the top and he had barley any bangs and they were slanted. Seriously terrible trim, thanks for ruining his hair for school pics. After I confronted the staff she said the pic I showed her looked like it was grown out. Duh. He wanted a minor trim, not a butcher job. It's not your responsibility to change what we asked for. I will never return. I wish I could post a picture.Service: Haircut

Don't say no appointment necessary if you're not going to take walk ins. No one waiting in lobby and they wouldn't let me walk in.

My grandson is Autistic. The lady cutting his hair fussed at him for moving. Sensory wise the clippers bother him and he can’t help it. She cut his ear in 2 places. Afterwards he cried and refused to talk to anyone for 30 minutes. I do NOT recommend them!

Been using Sport Clips for years and always had great customer service, until now. I tried to check in online but was given an error message. Went to check in at the location and every single staff member said that they are too booked to have a walk-in. I tried to explain the situation with the app but no one seemed to care. Terrible service. Will most likely not go there again.

Can’t even get in to get a haircut this is the second time I’ve been there and they were rude both times and I turned around and walked out definitely won’t ever go back !! I’ll take my haircuts to great clips across the street first before I step back in here!!!

Employees were rude! Stated that I need to find somewhere else to go as they were closing early. But it was still 2 hours before they were closing early. Could clearly see she had no interest in doing her job. I was a biweekly customer before this now I would cut my own hair before going back to sport clips.

Do not expect to walk-in and receive a haircut in a timely manner. You need an app and conduct arrangements online in advance of your appointment. If you walk in to get a cut you may not receive one in less than 2-3 hours without an online appointment, just for a men's cut. You'll see people entering and receiving service before you. It's absurd to think this practice is as profitable as intended. It took me a month to get a cut by walking in. Two occasions turning away with a 3 hour wait while the building has no waiting.Service: Haircut
