I have been in the drive thru line for 30 mins literally and then they get my order wrong and give me hot coffee instead of iced.

Floors were dirty and had trash on tables and floors. No dark roast coffee and the Pikes Place tasted burnt. Won't be back to this location.

I ordered WHITE CHOCO MOCHA but they made normal chocolate mocha?The drive through order wasn’t smooth.The person who was taking order was very upset at the fact I’m asking few questions.

Ordered a Earl Gray latte hopped into the car.5 mins down the road took a sip and got a mouth full of tea leaves the bag was split open ...there's $5.00 down the toilet......

4 staff who just looked at me speechless. I'm the only inside customer. 15 minutes to get the wateresty mocha I've ever had. So much for customer service and consistency. The bathroom was clean.
