We also have experience price increase at this location and to discuss it with the manager won't do any good unless they go back down on the price it was. I don't recommend this place .The contract says you are suppose,to give notice of any rate increase and people haven't been getting the notices. That's called breach of contract. I suggest you get your heads out of your rear.

I have rented from them before previously in the past and was broken into several times but I was able to file a claim and get money for alot of my person stuff that was took.but besides that I lived the place , the manager was super nice .This second time moving in I was so happy that the move in process was as easy as it was. They allow you to sign your lease online. You have to get renters insurance which is great if something bad happens.and they new lock set up they have is way better than before I felt so much for secure about my belongings (: 10/10 def would choose them over and over again

The property itself is not bad but the communication is horrible. I recently lost over $3k in business inventory due to some issues with payment. I tried calling multiple times and could only leave messages for the property manager. Their systems make it impossible to speak with the actual manager on the property. The actual property manager was very nice and only did his job but I believe something should be done about being able to speak with someone directly.

They are super nice and very helpful!! Me and my roommates were in a time crunch and needed a storage unit and they were able to get us one. I would highly recommend this place.

The price has doubled in a 5 month period, and I cannot get into the gate. First had trouble with the new locks they put on the units, now can't get into the gate (can't find my code), and the price increases make this not a pleasant experience. Can't wait to get my mom's things out of this unit!!

Bowling Green, KY Russelville Rd units…. Horrible to rent from they go up on storage units every 3 months .. they will come chage your locks without your permission, even when you pay on time every month. They are rude and have been through so many managers since we have been there. The gate has been broken several times for several weeks a time and unable to get in to go to your storage unit because they don’t care about their customers . The supposively district manager Savanah is really rude and unprofessional…they do not help but are a disgrace to America … should be shut down

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. My husband and I won a unit from Storage Rentals of America in Bowling Green KY on Thursday afternoon. If you know anything about bidding on units, you pay for it and a cleaning fee, you have 48 hours to clear the unit and sweep it up, and then they will return your cleaning deposit amount. They won’t answer the phone, when he visited and thankfully the property manager was there, he was told the gate to the property stays open until 10 pm and we wouldn’t need a code. That evening, we made our first trip out there at 6pm for the gate to be closed and no way to enter because he was told he wouldn’t need a code. Friday we spent the day trying to get a hold of someone to get a code so we didn’t waste another trip. Corporate was finally able to help us with a gate code. We cleared unit Friday night at 5:17 and in enough time before they close at 5:30 but no one was on site to check unit and give us cleaning fee back. I am here on Saturday during open hours and no one is here. At the 48 hour mark. I’m just trying to get my cleaning fee back. Worst experience ever.

If this isn't the worst storage facility on the planet, I'd hate to see it's better!My friend stores their things here, and their unit has been broken into and robbed at least 6 TIMES in 6 months!They consistently try to charge her twice per month!They have yet to answer for the incredible amount of robberies, the gate will remain open 24/7 for months at a time and then spontaneously close the one night you are there after 10.No one has any answers, helpful or not, getting ahold of an actual person to talk to is a 40 hour/week job.Every other storage facility in town is full; we are contemplating shipping what little personal belongings they have left now to Canada or France to see if they can do a better job guarding them!

My unit has been broken into multiple times now. Management didn't even call and let me know it had happened. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They know they have a burglary problem and they do not care!

This location is not doing so good. first, I have always had a problem with getting ahold of them. second, they have raised my rent price 2 times without letting me know. and lastly, I vacated my unit in the beginning of March, I called them to let them know that I vacated of course i didnt get ahold of the property so it sent it to the after hours line and they put a note in my account that I vacated and need to be taken out of the system. I called twice in March because i still received an Invoice for April. Its April now, and i got an email saying that I needed to pay my bill. I called and they said they never even took me out of the system... A MONTH LATER. Im not sure but the owners/managers do not know what theyre doing, and im not usually like this but its really sad that tenants have to go through this much trouble. Unfortunately, this business is money hungry it seems.
