In a great place. And I could get internet here too. And that's a great thing cause I can't stand Spectrum. So thanks t-mobile and love the manager of this store he was the one who talked me into getting internet service with them. Great salesman!!!

Recently I convinced someone NOT to drop Tmobile in favor of another carrier and to meet me at the local store where I knew they would be taken care of. I was about as wrong as I've ever been about anything.During the course of 3 and a half brutal hours we were incorrectly quoted pricing 3 or 4 separate times. After they checked inventory, we were also told we could walk out of there with the phone they wanted yet they didn't have it when the time came. While the person was nice, they were either poorly trained or quick to quote a price that was not the final price, despite their assurances that it would be. I know it wasn't their intention but it felt like we were baited and switched multiple times. I was embarrassed that I convinced them to come to TMOBILE and will never do it again. The next day I reached out to their customer service via their website and requested someone contacted me. It's been about 2 weeks with no response.

I wasn't able to get service at my home with tmobile, but didn't know until I got new phone, watch and laptop and had to return all. I went into store to show my ID and get refund squared away, havnt recieved $90 in taxes I paid nor$70 they went ahead and took out of my bank account thru autopay anyway?? WHY? I don't know because I never recieved service lol. Live and learn!Still waiting on refunds after a month.Also the customer rep on phone got my email wrong from getgo and caused total havoc for everything and had to converse with countless reps who weren't communicating or linked in following thru.You shouldn't have to go thru something like this with anything because a sales rep doesn't know their job.Do your homework yourself and don't rush into any plan unless they thoroughly know what their talking about. the internet was perfect t for the first couple months then it slows to a point you can't watch a show with it the phone service works in town sometimes and sometimes it dint they are a horrible service and if it don't change we will be leaving

Everything’s fine just watch what they tell you the bill is cause it’ll probably be about 30 bucks more then they claim. Seems to be a trend for phone company’s to lie about the actual payment.

Watched a guy go to pay his cell phone bill he had cash but was charged $5.00 to pay bill with cash???? WEIRD!

Great visit. I went in to have a new screen put on my phone. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Took care of me in very short time.

T-Mobile is literally THE WORST. They can’t do anything in store other than selling you more ? . EVERYTHING is “call 611”. ? cannot change phone provider fast enough. Also, do not sign up for their internet. It’s the worst internet I’ve ever had. Only works at like 10pm and even then we have to shut the WiFi off on everything just to use the PlayStation.

They seem under staffed and honestly not happy with the service.I bought a revell 6 and was going to upgrade to a way more expensive phone,but with my poor reception issues I decided not to. Why buy an expensive phone that only works half the time?
