I received 2 sweaters as a gift. Called your retail store today to ensure I could return my items for another product. We drove 2 hours to your store and was told that I can not in fact return it to your store. Then I am told they could give me store credit ....great I just want something that fits and i planned on spendingmore $. Then after am told that I can't use it in your store only online. Not once but 2x your staff told me inaccurate information. I am now spending 4 hours driving and $80 in gas and still have my items without returning them.This is not customer service but the exact opposite. I am a avid small boutique shopper and was so excited to find your store. But after this I can not bring myself to shop with a company who doesn't know what customer service is.

Placed two orders, one on the website & then a few days later on the TikTok shop for Pink Lily. The orders were literally placed two days apart. The first one from their website was shipped right out and came right away. One item had a damp odor to it, but was only $20 so I just decided to keep it & wash it. The second order from their TikTok shop has been stuck in “order placed mode” for several days so I decided to reach out and make sure it was still coming. Ashley Coffey sent me a message with a tracking number & said to reach out today (Monday) if nothing has updated. I reached out again today. The person responded within 2 mins to say my order was canceled and it was sold out. They were very short with their apology with no resolution to even exchange it for something else and then ignoring me when I told them how upsetting the situation was. This company is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend. Please read reviews before ordering.

Horrible customer service, slow shipping. They do bulk order shipping so if you order during a slow time for them you can be waiting weeks or even months get your order. Might as well order off SHEIN

Horrible customer service experience!I placed an order online three weeks ago. I am local but my order qualified for free shipping so I chose to have it shipped. The order was lost and ended up being sent back to Pink Lily. I contacted customer service, via email they apologized and told me it would be reshipped. A week went by and I heard nothing. So, I emailed back and asked if I could just pick up in the store instead thinking this would be easier. She told me she would reprocess the order and someone from the store would call me when it was ready for pick up. This morning I get an email saying my order has been returned and I have a Pink Lily gift card for $192. Honestly what is the point of a gift card if they can't process an order!!!

I went into the store on Thursday and all of the workers were behind the counter sitting down in the floor/on their phones. They didn’t acknowledge anyone walking in the door. They were talking very loudly and inappropriate. I didn’t need to hear their personal business. Cute store, but customer service is awful. Won’t shop here again just for that reason. Spend your money at other boutiques.

Please be aware of their return policy!!!I purchased a dress, which was like a shirt on me, I created a return label and reached out to customer service to ask if the refund can go back on my card because I got an email with the return label saying I will get a egift card, to which they answered no, to add to that, they also charge $6 for shipping back the item, and then take that $ of the so called "e-gift card". It would be fair when purchasing to quote in big red letters, "Returns will result in e-gift cards", I don't know a single person who reads the "policies" page of a clothing store. Something to consider... Definitely never shopping here again.

I wish I would have read reviews before I purchased six dresses Pink Lily. I was extremely disappointed in the quality. The dresses did not look anything like the pictures. Unfortunately, Pink Lily is a scam.

I drove from Nashville, TN to the storefront hoping to return my online order and redeem my e-gift card in store, but No…Please be warned… if something does not fit, you have to return online and can only use your e-gift card online. Apparently their online store and physical store isn’t synced up with the same system. Totally weird.I have been waiting a year and a half to visit this store in person and I was SO DISAPPOINTED! Everyone that I saw come in, just walked right out in minutes without purchasing anything.I guess I’m just going to use up my gift card online, eat the 2.5 hours I spent round trip to visit this store, and be done with Pink Lily.It’s sad because so many bloggers and influencers promote Pink Lily and Tori, but it’s the most unfriendly customer experience when clothes don’t fit or work out.

The clothing I recently purchased was poor quality and the sizing was terribly off. The employees at the store were rude when I went in to pick up my order. I am not able to return the items I purchased or exchange them because they were sale items. I won't ever buy anything from Pink Lily again; I was extremely disappointed.

My husband bought $500 worth of gift cards online. We drove 2 1/2 hours to the store to shop, only to find you can’t use gift cards that was purchased online. Very disappointing! We have requested a full refund. No where online does it say gift cards can’t be used in store.
