“I'm currently in the customer lounge here, but let me start with we had an inner tire blow on I65 on our 40' diesel RV, I limped it to a close by rest area and started calling for help. Danyell answered at Best One, she was incredibly friendly and helpful even though I would not be using them for the roadside assitance (long story) however we ultimately needed more repairs so we ended up staying in thier parking lot overnight. At 6:59 am I walked into Best One and luckily I met Danyell first thing and she made it happen! The techs and other staff members are friendly and engaging. The owners of this location should be proud, this is how a business should be run! Well done Best One! I think I may have just wrote a jingle for them.”
