It was worth the $39.00 to get to balance.Bought several sets of tires from them and will likely continue to do so.”

“We’ve been club members for years. We’ve always had our car tires serviced by Sam’s. Since the pandemic the process for getting tires serviced has changed and the amount of staff in the service area has decreased. Now they’ve stooped to a new low. When you call to make an appointment you talk to someone in the Philippines rather than your local store. What used to take 5 minutes took 20 minutes with a bunch of needless questions. Very disappointing that paid club membership now gets you a foreign customer service agent. Incredibly sad!!!!”

“I got two used tires from here a few days ago. I was skeptical but they were the only ones that had my size and I was in a have to have situation. I didn't have any problems that the other reviews mentioned. I called the day prior and was quoted prices on a "good pair" and an "almost new" pair. The price was the same when I arrived. I was able to inspect all the tires and choose the ones I wanted. I did go with the almost news ones because they really were. I paid less for two than the price of one. They were mounted but not balanced but I'm okay with that for the price I paid.”
