“This is the BEST towing company I have ever worked with by far! I ended up getting a flat tire in the middle of the night 6 hours away from my home state with no spare. Other companies in the area either outright denied service or gave me a quote I could have never afforded amidst this emergency. Wilkerson’s gave me the most reasonable price I could have asked for in that situation, and they were there within an hour and a half! I would also like to add that the driver went out of his way to make sure that I made it safely to a place to stay for the night. “I was not happy when I got my car towed. But it was my fault. So why be upset with someone for the mistake I made? When I called this particular business they were very polite and handled everything. When I got my car back, it was in the same condition that I left it in. These people are very professional and even though I hope my car never gets towed again, I will be calling them when/if my keys ever get locked in my car or if I simply just need a tow.”

Their customer service was awesome ( Lady who works the front desk was especially helpful) They were nice on the phone while I badgered them for updates because I missed my car. They gave me an accurate completion date. They went the extra mile and when I noticed a defect when I came in to pick it up they fixed it completely and even gave me a ride back to work since I had turned in my rental. Highly recommend. “Broke down right at midnight and called every towing company in town, Paynes was the only one who answered. Within 15 minutes of calling they were on the scene. James was prompt and professional. He did a fantastic job! It was very fairly priced, especially for how late it was and how far out of town I had the vehicle towed. If I ever need to be towed again I'll definitely call Paynes.”

“I was reading the reviews and I have absolutely no idea who they were dealing with, but I when i dealt with slim he was amazing. I needed help and he absolutely didn't hesitate to help. He towed my truck to the mechanic asap, since the mechanic said if I got it and part there within an hour they would fix it and slim didn't hesitate. He got it done, He was so nice his driver was courteous polite and they took care of everything right away. They were amazing I don't know what we would have done without their help. He showed my grandbabies what true kindness is. I would recommend his company and if I ever need a tow again he's the only one I would call and if you need him I absolutely recommend Fountains Square Towing”
