I was gonna buy a barbecue yesterday and the only one that I have found was the one on display. The manager refused to sell it to me after one of the employees said that it was going to be able to give me a discount that way, I don’t have to drive to the other side of the town to purchase one. Manager said he can order one for me which it would be good but I had people waiting on me and I needed the barbecue as soon as possible. Long story short I got ran out of the store with no barbecue and ordering pizza for friends and family. What’s going on America , this doesn’t be looking like the greatest country anymore or we stand up for each other and take care of our people. He looks like we are fighting against each other with no solutions. Forgive me some wrong, but this is how it feel.

This place won’t price match their own website. The guy Troy in there wants to waste my time acting like it’s a different product when it’s not. Quit wasting everyone’s time and price match your own company. Thank you Troy for wasting my time and lying to me so you don’t have to do your job. I won’t be back here thanks to Troy’s little episode at the register.

I love this place! Most of the time they have what I need and if they don't there's a 99% chance I can order it on the stockyard and have it shipped to the store or directly to my house at a discounted rate. I would have given 5 stars but as an employee we are not permitted to take advantage of the price match guarantee AND use our employee discount...it has to be one or the other.

Just wanted to say that Amanda was great today. I drive a 18 wheeler and needed some steel toe boots. Most places won't let us park even to run inside to purchase anything. I called the store ahead of time and Amanda answered and was truly helpful. Thanks again!!

Horrible experience! Bought a mower online, called to verify they had it in case their system was off, confirmed then confirmation email sent, CC charged, set up to pick up next day. Then my order was canceled 1.5hrs later to sell to a customer who was in store- that's what the clerk actually told me. Did nothing to rectify the issue but give me a CS # to call and talk about the CC charge. Mistakes happen, but the "oh well", non apologetic attitude and unwillingness to even attempt to make things right will keep me from buying from TS going forward. Rural King from now on I guess. Be aware!

Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the customer service here! I called looking for sidewalk de-icer (on the first snow day of the year, no less) &, even though he was obviously busy, Brian took the time to go check to see if they still had some in stock. He's also helped me out a few different times in-store, educating me on the correct things to purchase.Customer service is a tough job, & the fact that Brian still maintains a kind, efficient, & generally wonderful manner is a testament to his work ethic. He deserves a raise, hands down.

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I experienced here. I’m new to towing, hitches, and everything involved. I had the best buying experience I think anybody could have. Rodger was beyond helpful, informative, patient, and kind. Thank you thank you, Rodger! I forgot to take a picture of the hitch at the store so here’s a picture of me towing something for the first time ever and thanks to Rodger it was safe and well within the trucks capacity.
