Told the whole lobby and my son I was money laundering! Not true. Slander and I should sue! Also opened up multiple accounts on Nov 1st and made bogus account via phone app for my daughter. Beware of this bank and its fraud schemes!

I'm not sure why this branch has bad reviews but they are literally the nicest people! I was in there for 30mins setting up a business account and they answered everyone's questions, they said thank you and looks like the employee's get a long well with each other. Highly recommend ?

I would give 0 ? if I could.This is THE WORST BANK I've ever dealt with in my whole life. The Bowling Green Ky branches better step it up. They are Very rude and pretty much useless. My husband opened up an account with them and because the bank teller didn't get a bill showing proof of an address, they locked /froze our account without even letting us know what was going on, no Courtesy call or nothing, VERY unprofessional. It stayed locked for over 1 week. We had plenty of money that we COULDN'T even spend oh and I forgot to mention that my husband is a truck driver and was out of town and couldn't even buy himself anything to eat or drink. They also told my husband that any bills on auto pay that resorts in a late fee would be paid by the bank being that its the tellers/banks fault. Well it happened and guess what? They was rude to him ONCE AGAIN and say they are not paying it.. JUST WOW. WORST BANK EVER!! THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE AND GET NEW PEOPLE TO RUN THE BANK!! WE WILL BE SOON TAKING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ..UNBELIEVABLE ??

I just moved to Bowling Green and had to change banks. The young lady that set up my accounts was so knowledgeable & professional. She answered all my questions & showed me all my different banking options. 5 stars..Great people !!

Teach your drive thru employees to not be rude ipon. first arrival. First time my boyfriend used the drive thru bank today. He put his deposit, card, and other things in the cylinder thing and sent it through. He wasn’t sure to wait or press call for service, on the safe side he pressed the button. After a moment a woman with a very rude tone said “Yeah?”. My boyfriend asked “did you get it?” He’s never used the drive thru before, he’s never done this. It was a genuine, simple question. He wasn’t sure how it worked and I’ve never used his bank so I wasn’t sure either. The same woman then said, again, in an even ruder tone “Yeah. It’s gonna be a minute.” No explanation or nothing just what seemed to be frustration at what I assume she thought was a d*** question. We barely responded to her after that and honestly probably won’t be using this drive thru again. The woman was dark brunette with long hair and had a Maroon blazer on. The least she could have done was greet us with a nice tone or even explained that she would get to us soon when she had the chance. That “Yeah. It’s gonna be a minute” stuck with both of us.

We recently moved to BG from a BoA city and have transferred our banking to US Bank, including a very easy to obtain a long-distance mortgage for our new house and at a great rate. Right in the middle of the COVID lockdown, they accommodated us, set up our accounts and expedited the long distance loan and closing. Interstate moves are always a bit complex but they went out of their way to help us with our paperwork and funds transfer fm the house we were leaving. Couldn't be happier with US Bank and this Cave Mill branch is the one we go to. I really like the feature when at a store, and use my cash card, my smartphone beeps an instant debit. That's comforting.

Worst customer service I've ever seen in a bank. I came in to open an account but as I sit here waiting forever I've determined to cash the check I have and leave. Three tellers, nearly no movement in the line for nearly 20 minutes. I'd never make this my bank, my time is too valuable.

I contacted this company and asked about information on a business checking account for a medium size business. I was left on hold for over five minutes and no one came to the line. Sad.

Grade A customer service and intelligence about the banking & finance fields. The lady, Amy, who is a teller at the Cave Mill Road location was very helpful and informative to me. The employees who have helped me from U.S. Bank, never seem to degrade my intelligence when I have a question for them and they always seem to end the conversation with asking if they can be of any more assistance to me. Over the years, U.S. bank has proven itself to be one of the most secure and understanding banks I've ever done business with. They are one of the best banks I've worked with so far.

When I went to open a student account, the staff was amazingly friendly and I was happy to deal with them. I'm sorry I forgot the mister's name, but he surely knows how to win his customers.
