The mail carrier that we have had been very irresponsible. She either places mail in mailboxes where it doesn't belong or just fails to show up completely to deliver the mail. I receive a email daily to show what is coming in each day and have waited up till 9pm for mail to show up and it doesn't. Even went to the mailbox at 430am after waiting up till 9pm and still no mail from the day before. Some of these mail carriers (NOT ALL) need to do better about being responsible and doing their jobs correctly. This is getting ridiculous. I have already filed a complaint with USPS and they are investigating it. If this continues I will keep filing the complaints till something is done about it. If you can't do your job correct then maybe you need to find a different job that better suits you.

Maybe answer the phone. Don’t be open and have incompetent agents.

This location has always been professional in my experience! I have no idea why people are rating so lowly and this is extremely upsetting to see. Workers for the USPS, thank you for all that you do. People need to be more kind and I am sorry on behalf of humanity that this rating is so terrible.

I've had to pick up 2 packages over 2 weeks as they would not deliver simply because we have a dog that is not on a leash.
I was told if I want packages I need to put a box at the end of my driveway. They could have a different driver every day as our main driver is out injured. Also get neighbors mail and vice versa.
Waited 30 minutes and they could not find the package and said it may be out for delivery from a different driver.

I had my mail held for a week while I was on a business trip. The help mail was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. When I came home Saturday evening there was no mail in the mailbox. When I checked my cameras, I could see the mailman driving by and not even stopping. It’s Wednesday after my return and still no mail from the week while I was gone. I talked to the mailman on Monday or Tuesday and he did not see any held mail in my bin and that he’s not the only mailman on this route. Where is my mail? I know all my neighbors so if it was missed delivered on my street, they would’ve brought it to me. Occasionally, I get letters from people who live outside my neighborhood. My question is again, where is my mail? There seem to be constant problems from this Bowling Green post office location. If I could give you zero stars I would. Someone needs to take responsibility. WHERE IS MY MAIL??????

If it were possible to give this USPS location a negative rating, I would. This is now the sixth instance *within a single year* that my packages have either been delivered to the wrong address, gone missing, or become inaccessible due to a continued failure to understand how apartment mailbox systems work.
I understand that mistakes happen. One or two times could be excused as human error. But six? At this point, it feels like negligence. Mail delivery is not a casual responsibility—it’s a critical service. People rely on it for essential items, including medication, legal documents, and time-sensitive materials.
A few months ago, USPS lost a package containing temperature-sensitive medication I rely on to function daily. Because it must be refrigerated, the entire shipment was rendered unusable, costing me both time and money, not to mention the health toll during the two-week wait for a replacement. Now, yet again, a valuable package has been lost.
Despite multiple visits to the local USPS office—both by me and my partner—we have received nothing but vague assurances. We were told someone would be sent to locate the missing package and provide the correct mailbox key. That never happened.
Until I moved to Bowling Green, I had never experienced these kinds of repeated issues with USPS. Unfortunately, the level of professionalism and accountability at this location is sorely lacking. Phone calls are routinely ignored, customer concerns go unanswered, and packages continue to be mishandled—often with what feels like indifference.
This is unacceptable for any business, but particularly for a federally operated service. This isn’t just about missing mail; this is about lost time, health risks, and financial consequences for people who depend on these deliveries.
To anyone considering shipping to or from this area: I strongly recommend using UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier if the reliability of your delivery matters.
Given the volume of similar complaints and the apparent lack of corrective action, I believe an internal investigation—or legal accountability—is long overdue. I am beyond frustrated and deeply disappointed in the way USPS has handled these repeated failures. I sincerely hope the team here begins to take their responsibilities seriously and recognizes how crucial their role is to the well-being of this community.

For the most part I never have issues here everything usually runs smoothly. I feel like it’s a hot mess and they definitely need a better system to run the front but it’s really busy so I get that. What I do not get and will not appreciate is the older women with gray hair and glasses that works the front constantly having an attitude with every single person every single time I come in there. Like you work customer service have so respect. She’s not helpful at all and just over all rude and looks like she hates life and definitely hates her job. She probably should work in the back away from the public. Oh and don’t assume I’m a guy by looking at the name. She was rude when trying to proceed to ask my fiancé for his ID when I kept trying to hand her mine since I was the person listed. Geez lady change jobs.

Most inefficient branch of the USPS I have ever experienced! Took them more than 20 days to issue my mailbox key.

My package has been stuck at this worthless post office for a week and I live nowhere near Kentucky. My package was sent here for delivery and I live in a completely different state. I've had my local post office contact them, and filed complaint and still no movement. Don't bother calling, phone rings till it hangs up, no answer.
