“Such a wonderful facility! Hubs, pup and are are on a road trip and our sweet furball had some surprise dental issues. Since we are thousands of miles from home we jumped on google and started searching for emergency vets in our immediate area. One vet told us to give these professionals a call and we are so happy and grateful for that referral, from the moment they answered my frantic phone call to our checking out with our girl on the mend, the whole staff was kind, patient and helpful with our situation. They were very thorough and got us in within a half hour of calling, the prices are super reasonable, they knew we were from out of state and set us to where we can continue our travels home while caring for our pup at the same time without too much stress on her. Shout out to Melena and Dr. Collin’s for their knowledge and patience, you guys are amazing at what you do and we will never forget you!”

“Our cat Flash, was seen at the clinic on 1/8/2026 for booster shots and treatment for wounds on her side. We were seen with minimal wait time by Dr. Don Denton, and professional staff. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes.
We have had two other pets treated at Westgate during the seventies & nineties. After all these years, Dr. Don is still the best, and now, the most experienced in the area.”
“Dr Obrien is the best vet in the entire state of Kentucky or Tennessee. He has foaled many mares for myself and my friend Ernest Linder. You will never find another man who cares for horses and all animals, than him. He will always be my vet and I trust his care completely. He is a truthful and honest man who will always go the extra mile to save your horses.”
“I had to have my hedgehog euthanized so I had to find a vet that handled exotic animals and All Creatures was about an hour from me. The lady at the front desk was very sympathetic. When I went back into a room the vet was extremely kind, she let me explain what was going on and get emotional, and listened to my concerns about doing the right thing or not. She assured me that she would examine Crunchy thoroughly once he was sedated to make sure. Afterwards, she brought him out in a pretty box with flowers on it and told me he had a big cancerous tumor and that's the reason he couldn't walk anymore, and that euthanasia was the right decision. It made me feel so much better. She also made two rounds clay imprints with his paw prints and name on them. Then she let me go out the back door and pay on my phone since I was upset. I thought it was the kindest thing for a vet to do after you lose a friend. If I could rate All Creatures higher than 5 stars I would. And the price was so reasonable.”
“I haven’t even had an appointment here yet, but looking into fees and estimates for my dog, I have already called for other places, and this one was the nicest at answering my questions I made out of upfront answers, but Kim was extremely nice and so upfront and honest about not being able to give me a quote without seeing my dog. Everybody else was just disrespectful and hung up on me and I Appreciate that if you’re looking for customer service, I would definitely recommend this place”
“Traveling with a puppy had an emergency. Took us right in. Saw us promptly. Even though it was their surgery day, were still able to help us. Fast and friendly. They didn't take advantage of the situation and charged a reasonable price. Thank you for being there. They are conveniently located across the street from the truck stop. Made it very convenient for me to get to.”
