It doesnt matter what time of day you call, you'll be on hold with the pharmacy for at least 30 minutes everytime.
It doesnt matter what time of day you go, you will always have to wait in line (drive through or in person) for at least an hour.
Your prescriptions are never filled/ready on their own, you always have to call them in yourself.
You need a key to go to the bathroom.
Store is woefully understaffed and poorly managed. Pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I would leave zero stars if I could. It never fails every single time either one of the prescriptions I need is out of stock OR they can't find the prescription that has already been filled and they have to refill it. As a matter of fact I'm waiting right now for a prescription that is ready to be picked up to be refilled because they can't find it.

After 25+ years of using this pharmacy I am done. The level of incompetence exhibited lately is just unacceptable. Had 2 scrips called in on Saturday, went to pick up on Sunday. Was told only one was ready so got the other. Went back today (Monday), am told they put the second one back into stock because I didn’t pick it up Sunday….after being told to my face it wasn’t ready. That’s the second time in a month they restocked something because I didn’t pick it up within a couple days, even though they no longer notify you when something is ready. This isn’t fast food, it’s people’s medication for heaven’s sake!! I recommend you use literally ANY other pharmacy, my business is going elsewhere. They should close this store and put in another fast food joint, that wouldn’t affect anyone’s health any more adversely than this nonsense!

Possibly the worst experience ever at a pharmacy. Basically waited all day for a simple fill of eye drops. Will never be back to a Walgreens.

I called in a refill for my daughter early Saturday morning and 1:30 p m Sunday after calling and calling and showing up and having to yell I've been waiting 2 days it is finally ready . I will be finding another pharmacy. Thank goodness this wasn't an emergency but she suffered longer that she had too. Unacceptable

In all my years of picking up medications for my family and myself at any pharmacy, Aaron has provided the best customer I have ever received. It was a nice change to see such nice, friendly, helpful customer service. Five stars for Aaron!

Horrible!! I don't need meds much but I will never use this place again! First time they gave me a hard time because my prescription was called in from Vanderbilt. 50 mile radius was to far away for them to give me the meds. They had to over ride the system for me to get um. Second time dealing with this place they didn't have the meds that my Dr called in the day before. They then told me they were going to get it sent over to them and will have it by the end of the day. So I go the next day only for them not to have it yet. 2 days is late late late.... So now I have to wait on the other Walgreens to get it ready.... What a mess they have going on. I will never use them again!
