I've been to the sporting goods counter 37 times in the last three months trying to find someone to help me process the sale. No one will answer the phone if you call and I'm trying to spend $200 plus. no more employees that can do multiple jobs.

Friendly staff. They didn't have everything that was posted on the app as being in stock however. Like button cell batteries. Worker said it's probably in the back then. Gotta order online and wait 4 hours. No thanks.

Today I went to Walmart for a few items and then stopped at the deli to get some of their good hard salami and ham for company that's coming tomorrow. I walked up to the counter and 2 guys were behind the counter just talking to each other and ignored me. Finally one of them says, sorry, the deli doesn't open until 10 am. I gave them an annoyed look but just walked off. I looked at my phone for the time and it was 9:50! There they are, standing around doing nothing, and they couldn't be bothered with me! What the he**! Since I was done with shopping I just left and went to Kroger. I should have just stood there for 10 minutes staring at them. Why would Walmart open at 6am but the deli isn't open until 10:00? That doesn't make a bit of sense. Even their website doesn't mention that.

Came back was doing my shopping needed some hand soap an older grey hair lady was putting stock up with her back to me right in from of the soap I needed. I nicely said " excuse me mame I need to get that soap" she VERY RUDELY huffed and moved! I said " you don't have to be so rude I said excuse me" she said ( in her best southern drawl) " oh honey I'm not being rude"....???? It's not like I asked her to hand me the soap!!!

Do not buy a cell phone from this Walmart. They subcontract to T-Roc and I got scammed. I was told the phone I bought was a promotional and would be half price. Nine months later I'm still waiting on my discount. The salesman refuses to give me his supervisor's name and phone number. At&t has no record or notes about a discount. I'm stuck with a very expensive phone that I would never have bought not on sale.

Out of all my experiences shopping at Walmart over the years, this location was AMAZING! It was clean and well organized. They even had a separate area for WKU Hilltoppers fan gear - souvenirs and T-shirts. I saw the most adorable infant onesies (bodysuits) with the WKU logo printed all over them. University of Kentucky Wildcats fans could also find things :) I found everything I needed and there wasn't a long wait to be checked out by the cashier. I WISH the Walmart Supercenter in Pembroke Pines was as well managed.

We all know Walmart is not a great experience for anyone but sometimes you just have to stop by. When I stopped by a couple of days ago I couldn't help but notice the new gates they installed that let you enter but not leave. What a garbage idea! I hated to stop by before but now I would rather do without than fight that mess.

This Walmart extorts parking fees from truck drivers. Put a barnacle parking enforcement device on my driver's truck at 2am and required a $500 fee to get it off.

My roommates and I love the online pickup service but this time the woman working the pick up was complaining she was by herself and there was only one person in front of us. We were not rushing her at all since we are understanding but she kept complaining she was by herself over and over again.

Okay, a Wal-Mart is a Wal-Mart, so I have no gripes on the store, food selection or even the base employees in the store, but one of the managers is very, very rude and unprofessional. Here's my sob story: My husband and I are full time RV-ers and on our way to FL back in October. We broke down in Bowling Green, literally within sight of Wal-Mart. So close, yet so far. We got towed to Wal-Mart and asked the auto center if we could park there and explained the entire story. They said we had to talk to a manager so we talked to a higher up manager. He said no problem, as long as we were out within our 3 day time frame we had prepared. His name may have been Adam. We had a heck of a time getting a tow and a transmission shop in that area, so we were a bit stuck. It was a Friday and we were getting towed the next morning. We were exhausted from the stress and my husband had to lay down and I went inside to buy groceries for our trip. My husband texts me while I am shopping, telling me a different manager pounded on the door and told us we have to leave within 30 minutes. He said he had trucks coming in and they would block us in for the weekend. He said he didn't care what "Adam" had to say because he wasn't here and we had to go. We were frantic. We were on the phone for nearly 6 hours trying to get a tow and guess what? No trucks ever arrived to block us in. We went inside and talked to a different manager. She was shocked that the other manager told us what he did because "Adam" is a higher up manager than this guy. She said she would talk to "Adam" and it would be resolved and it's no problem we stay until we get towed. Well, we busted our butts to get towed so we could leave over this fiasco and we did the next day, but guess what? No trucks ever arrived to block us in! Anyway, the other managers were very nice and I wish we could remember this guys name, but just be aware that at this Wal-Mart (probably every Wal-Mart), you will get very different answers from a lot of people. Get your confirmations in writing or at least get names. Whew!

I order online and did the site to store. This is the first Walmart I have seen to have a actual pick up area and not have to wait on a worker to help me.

I set my wife up in her hotel and left her to continue my travel north. She needed some items for her room so I took her to this Wal-Mart. It was well stocked, the folks were super friendly, and the check out was easy. The parking lot was also clean, and grabbing a cart was easy.

As far as Walmart's go this one is HUGE and the selection is wide. Because it is so big every man and his dog is in the store at any given moment, so it can be a little hard to navigate around the store. I'm sure if I was a local I would find a sweet spot when it wasn't so busy. Overall though this store receives a solid 4 out of 5 from me.
