My boyfriend and I went in to look at promise rings. Emma and Terry made the experience amazing. We told them that we’re just looking around and not wanting to buy anything tonight. They took their time to show us different ring and created a list on their site under our name and sent the list to us. They were not pushy on purchasing. They cared more about building a relationship with us and finding out what styles we liked more than anything else. They are super professional and overall amazing people to work with. I highly recommend Zales.
