“I used to shop Advance Auto only, customer service was and still is the reason it was my parts store. Saw a lower price online for a part i needed and O'Reilly's was the lowest price. Went in next day, picked up my iten/items and pretty much haven't been back to Advance. Even better atmosphere at O'Reilly's, more staff to help you when they are busy, and they usually are, I can see why. I'm a fan. I can't speak of every O'Reilly's but the Brandenburg, Ky. location is great. Prices always good too A++”
