Cayenne pepper and lime pineapple shots are amazing. Instead of coffee I've been substituting for my morning wake up drink. Hey 10 stars. Where did these come from? I feel like I'll live for another 40 years of these things..

Ample kroger store. I suppose. Many products are locked away, requiring hunting down a store worker to unlock a glass door for some products. I assume this is implemented to cut down on theft, which should give you some indication about the atmosphere of this particular location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after several disappointing experiences at Kroger over the past few months, I feel compelled to say something. What used to be my go-to grocery store has become a frustrating mess of poor customer service, limited stock, and declining store conditions.
The staff seem either overwhelmed or indifferent. On multiple occasions, I’ve asked for help locating items and received vague, unhelpful responses—or was simply told “if it’s not on the shelf, we don’t have it.” There’s no effort to check in the back or offer alternatives. At checkout, cashiers often don’t greet you or say a word during the transaction, and baggers are nowhere to be found.
Kroger frequently runs out of essential items like milk, bread, or fresh produce. I’ve shown up in the morning expecting the store to be freshly stocked, only to find shelves half-empty or poorly organized. The produce section is particularly bad—wilted greens, overripe fruit, and moldy berries are sadly common.
The store is not well maintained. I’ve seen sticky floors, overflowing trash bins, and restrooms in unacceptable condition. The aisles are often cluttered with boxes or carts of unstocked merchandise, making it difficult to navigate. It doesn’t feel like cleanliness or presentation is a priority.:
I’ve tried using Kroger’s online ordering system, and it was a mess. Items were substituted without approval, many key items were “unavailable,” and the staff packing the orders clearly didn’t care about freshness or expiration dates. On one occasion, I waited over 40 minutes past my pickup time for my order to be brought out.
I’m really disappointed in how far Kroger has fallen. What should be a convenient, clean, and reliable grocery shopping experience is now something I actively avoid. There are too many other options—stores that are cleaner, better stocked, and actually care about their customers—for me to keep wasting time and money here. Unless significant improvements are made, I won’t be returning.

Your door says you are open until 11:00pm. The phone recording says 11:00pm and also says 1:00am when you hit option 7. ( I know this 1:00am is wrong but it needed mentioned). So why did I just go up and try to walk in at 10:55pm and was told that the store was closed that they lock their doors at 1055pm and that they have shut all the registers down already. Which was obviously a lie since she was having to unlock the doors so the customers who just bought things could get out. When she said they were closed I looked at my phone and it was just now 10:55pm. Since it was just 10:55pm when I looked at my phone and she was having to unlocked the door for the other customers this means that she had again lied when she said the doors get locked at 10:55pm. They had to have already been locked before 10:55pm. Now I am assuming this was a manager but possibly it wasnt. I just dont get why the doors get locked early and not at the actual closing time posted. In my opinion it doesn't really matter if it was a manager or employee, why would she refuse to let the store get a sale when they were not even closed yet. How many more sales have been turned away because of the locking of the door policy she says kroger has now that makes them closed before the store is actually closed. I know it was super close to closing time but I wasnt going in to go on a shopping spree. I was only going in to grab 1 item and would have literally been done and back in my car before the actual closing time of 11:00pm. I even mentioned this to her that I only needed 1 item. I feel that if the actual closing time is 11:00pm and it is posted that the doors should get locked at 11:00pm.

Sav-A-Lot, about 3 miles west of this location, will usually have better deals on poultry and beef. If items at this Kroger are not on sale, I will not buy them. Non-sale items are overpriced. You usually have to go through their app and apply coupons to items prior to shopping in order to get a good or fair deal on products.

Lol 10 bucks for a 12 pack of diabetes water is trash. This Kroger has gone down hill. Maybe if they payed their employees better they would actually have their store stocked up. Time to shop somewhere else. Brandenburg Kroger stands for trash products and trash employment opportunities.

This is the most unorganized depleted Kroger I've ever been to. They are constantly out of items and when they do stock they block isles and will be no where around stocking what they put in the isle. Some workers are rude and doesn't care if you have to go the long way around to get something. When they have sales and try to scan the bar code it says no longer available so often. Can they not keep this up to date? I hate going here and I wish they would have some competition here in Brandenburg so they would step up their game. It's sad

The only reason they are in business still is because other stores haven't come to town yet. This place could be decent, but due to TERRIBLE management, it's always a bad experience to shop here. aisles are also too narrow, then they put junk in the middle of the aisle, plus workers stocking the shelves in the peak hours (they act like you're in their way when you get near them). Everything is a mess in there 8 out of 10 times and their produce is so drenched, you have to wring it out before you put it in a bag. I could go on and on, but I really don't understand why Kroger hasn't addressed any of these issues
