Called about a drain plug that another franchise didn't have in stock nor did any other stores around. Sammie, I think it was, said they had one and had it in stock. I asked her to grab it and I'd be there in a minute. I walked in as she was going to grab it. Talked to another person there as well and they both seemed very polite and well spoken .

O’Reilly’s is my auto parts store and more. If they don’t have it, it’s usually there by the next morning.

Employees are great and will help you out with what you need. My problem is having to wait 40 min plus for the one person who has the code to return used cores because they are on lunch break. There are multiple employees why does just one have the code to return used cores? Seems like bad management too me...

A pretty good place to get new, rebuilt and aftermarket parts for your vehicle. The employees are all very helpful and nice.
