If I could give 0 stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a dealership. I bought a 2018 ford expedition max limited from them last week and the next day it started leaking coolant, the cam phasers are messed up, wind shield wipers are awful, and rotors are awful. I contacted them and they put me off all weekend until today, they're currently fixing the coolant problem, rotors, and wipers. (Hopefully) But refuse to fix the cam phasers claiming it is a characteristic not a problem (which it is not).Once you have a problem with your vehicle their personalities take a whole 180 and they're rude and awful to you. They take personal shots, and call you broke even though you just spent 30k + with them. Do not buy a vehicle from them, you will be putting more money into the vehicle within the first week than you should. Don't let them sweet talk you because it is all a show. (Also I see how they respond to all of their awful reviews, wish I would have checked that before I purchased. Awful dealership with awful customer service.)

Our transmission went out on our 2017 Explorer. We talked to Charlie the Service Manager and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We had a great experience and will go there from now on!
