“This store is fully stocked with products. The employees try to keep it in order as best as possible. I went there looking for the bio pure hand sanitizer and the lady was nice enough to grab a box and give me a couple of them. Very attentive. Great customer service!”

“This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. “Having a really rough morning and hard start to my day I broke my phone charger. When I stopped the manager Alicia cut her break short, told me where to find the best charger. Not only did she save me precious time and money this morning, Alicia was genuinely kind and helpful. Her kindness absolutely turned my day around ❤️”

“I always visit to purchase this brand of toilet tissue "strong and soft" which is two ply and feels just like a major brand such as Angel Soft. Also getting items such as Colgate toothpaste and Air wick aerosol for only $1.25 each. Spent less than $10 for 7 items. Would have paid twice as much at another retailer!”

On my recent visit, there were 2 ladies, both very polite, hopefully, informative, and overall the mood was amazing. “This store has the nicest employees ever. I go to this location, on purpose, because they are friendly and helpful. This is the only Family Dollar I go to that doesn't have their aisles full of unpacked boxes. I always know this store is going to be stocked and clean. This is my go to store in the mornings to get things for my classroom.”

“I come here when I need, like, two or three things on the way home and I don't feel like walking up and down walmart for those few things. Checkout and the people working at it are fine, and I haven't had any problems. Only thing about this location is all the items crammed into such a small space (it's not necessarily a bad thing, it just might make some people feel claustrophobic at times. You can still push a cart through, miraculously).”

“Never opens on time. Door hours say 8am. Always 830,9am before they open. I watch multiple customers walk up to a locked door every morning. So much business missed. Good job DG person...

Huge turn around. They are now opening on time and friendly. You don't have to stand at front counter forever waiting for checkout. The employees are visible now ?. Thank you whoever at DG changed it!! I'm sure the locals appreciate it”

“Family dollar general discount store located in the town portion of shepherdville Kentucky in a shopping center right past the railroad tracks off highway 44Like most general discount stores they feature items and necessities of lower monetary value. The store Itself is rather large and pretty well kept stock wise and cleanliness wise. The store does feature a solid aisle of two of grocery store items that makes it a nice spot to stop in and grab a few things if you are in a hurry. Overall in my few trips stopping in this discount store I've had a pretty good experience. Nice little store with good enough options to help you out on a quick stop for items.”
“Today a young African American lady name Kiki was working both registers helping a new young lady she was doing a phenomenal job I hope that she is getting paid extremely nice because she is not a manager it's a manager's job to train their employees I had to make this review because she was doing phenomenal work I hope she gets paid for it”
“Love this Dollar Store in particular because the strip mall has pretty much everything. The only thing thats a bummer is the restrooms are closed for repairs.. SMH don't ask but it was blown up.. 4 plus stars employees super helpful and this store actually has stocked shelves and variety.. ??”

“I am a regular at this store! I live right down the road. The staff especially the Saturday morning lady Becky, is always friendly and always greats everyone with a smile. it amazes me, how much stuff they have in that little store. I don't know how they keep that place so clean! I swear that place is busier then Walmart most times I go in there! But I'm still in and out. Don't know how they do it. I would definitely recommend this place over any other chain within 20 miles, it's worth the trip, for the friendly atmosphere!”
