“This store is fully stocked with products. The employees try to keep it in order as best as possible. I went there looking for the bio pure hand sanitizer and the lady was nice enough to grab a box and give me a couple of them. Very attentive. Great customer service!”

On my recent visit, there were 2 ladies, both very polite, hopefully, informative, and overall the mood was amazing. Couldn't tell ya when a store was this polite, this helpful, and actually cared for their customers. Thanks to the both of the ladies who made my visit very pleasant. The store is usually well stocked, easy to get in and out of, and has the everyday essentials I need. The lady who works there is always super nice, friendly, and welcoming, which really makes a difference. Great customer service keeps me coming back. “This is the second day in a row that I have been surprised. Yesterday my daughter and I had been looking for a locksmith to make a key for her car which was parked on the dealership lot. No success in our search until she called pop-a-lock, they set up a time that afternoon and in less than 45 minutes they had reprogrammed and made a new key. POP-A-LOCK YOU ROCK GREAT JOB. Today I was looking for a charger for my phone, drove around to a few big stores no success, a young lady told me to check out Dollar Tree I went there and to my surprise they had all I wanted. “3rd location we've been to in the area trying to get birthday balloons filled. All locations were out of helium. Someone needs to do a better job of ordering. Otherwise some good deals are available.”
“I always visit to purchase this brand of toilet tissue "strong and soft" which is two ply and feels just like a major brand such as Angel Soft. Also getting items such as Colgate toothpaste and Air wick aerosol for only $1.25 each. Spent less than $10 for 7 items. Would have paid twice as much at another retailer!”

“Never opens on time. Door hours say 8am. Always 830,9am before they open. I watch multiple customers walk up to a locked door every morning. So much business missed. Good job DG person...

Huge turn around. They are now opening on time and friendly. You don't have to stand at front counter forever waiting for checkout. The employees are visible now ?. Thank you whoever at DG changed it!! I'm sure the locals appreciate it”
“Okolona Area, Preston St Location:
This store has come a long way! I went another location and it was closed. As I was headed to Dixie I decided to stop by the Preston St location and give it a try.
I was amazed when I walked in. The store was clean, shelves are stocked and the service was great. As I was in the aisle to get some cleaning supplies a lady was moving product to the front and lining items up. I asked if she was the manager and told her how great her store is and the improvement she made.
I could tell she takes pride in her store. She was straightening the products on the shelves that were already in place. Also, She turned me on to a new product! I will most definitely be returning to this location!
There were no boxes in the aisles, rude staff, and everything nice and clean. Plus the lot was clean which use to have food and everything in it.

“My kids and I came to this location on a busy day, and kayla was checking us out. She was THE only employee around. I listened to her get yelled at and shamed for “not moving fast enough”. Kayla was VERY nice, able to keep her composure, and handle the situations professionally.
