trying to get to a human being is almost impossible if you have a general question. If you are not specific enough the so called artificial intelligence voice hangs up. I will never shop at Best Buy again because the concept of customer service does not exist.

I had the good fortune to get the assistance of Adam to integrate old financial files backed up from my laptop that finally after 8 years give up the ghost. Adam brought to the table ideas that were mission critical in resolution of many years of financial data that I could not live without. These are not vanilla ideas that he spearheaded to get the conversion from old to knew. Kudos to Geek Squad for hiring truly gifted individuals that are wise beyond their years. Can’t recommend Adam & Geek Squad more vociferously…5 stars are not enough!

G is SO amazing!! I had an iPad issue that I truly believed would soon make my brain explode outta my skull🤯; after walking into Best Buy, I was able to make an appointment for later that afternoon. Enter G- they met with me, listened to rambling story with attentiveness, and took it from there!! 30 minutes later, my iPad issue was resolved and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! Thank you, G!!! You put the “G” in Geek Squad🙌

WORST customer service EVER!! Local number sends me to a FOREIGN call center that CANNOT help me!! All I want is to talk to someone at my LOCAL Geek Squad. IT SHOULDN'T BE SO HARD!!! From now on Best Buy will be my LAST CHOICE!!

Hey, I visited this location recently to buy a tempered glass for my I phone 16 pro max. I was very obsessed before I reached our geek squad and worried about how do they place the glass? But one of the service representatives installed tempered glass such a way my phone is looking like the original glass! No voids, lint, dust, air bubbles, it is absolutely looking crystal clear. I have never been got that kind of installation for my past I phones in other stores. Every time I used to come up with disappointment but this time really she has done a great job. I highly recommend their services to friends and family members. Thank you.

The person we worked with LIED about what he did with my laptop. I came in with an issue with my battery, he said he can fix it. At the end, he fixed it, I didn’t need to have it on the battery all the time, wow! He said “you were on turbo mode which was draining your battery, I switched it to default you should be good to go”. NO HE DID NOT. HE TURNED OFF MY GRAPHICS CARD. HE DID NOTHING WITH A “TURBO” OR “DEFAULT” MODE. Did he think we were stupid and wouldn’t notice that my computer was running a thousand times slower that had nothing to do with a “mode” on my battery? I don’t know why employees here have the need to lie to their customers about what they did on their computers, but I will NEVER trust somebody from here to be on my laptop, mainly when they don’t tell me WHAT THEY ACTUALLY DID ON MY COMPUTER.

I went in for help with a data transfer from an old phone. It was troublesome because the old phone's screen was mostly black and half of it was not responding to touch inputs but the rest of the phone was working fine. I was helped by two different people, Leo and Spencer. They went above and beyond to try and find a way to transfer my data, trying multiple different things. The normal way of using a monitor and mouse to control the phone remotely wasn't working due to the phone model not being compatible it turns out. It ended up working out in the end just by using the base cable and enough of the prompts needed to click were on the part of the screen that was working, but I truly appreciate all the help they gave before that point. Management should be sure to keep them around because they were excellent!

My dad bought my brother a laptop from them for his birthday. The laptop was defective from the time my brother got it out of the box. This Best Buy will not let him return it or exchange it for a different one. Every single one of the Geek Squad member were jerks to the customers including my dad and brother. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN!!!Both my brother and I purchased devices at the same time. When my brother went to return it, they said he bought it under a guest customer so he wouldn’t have the Best Buy member account listed which would give him 60 days to return it. They are bold face lying about this so my brother wouldn’t be able to return it which is sneaky as heck. No good, lying scoundrels.

Although not the fastest in person service, Geek Squad is very thorough and has excellent customer service. They upgraded my son’s hard drive and ram in no time at all. Ren was a knowledgeable and professional employee and I recommend them to everyone.

I bought a remote start from this Best Buy early 2017 and it has never worked right. Not only that but they've screwed up my car's electrical system. The first installer literally put the unit in with duct tape, which melted nearly catching fire and it's been downhill from there. I've been in the bay for service on it no less than 20 times, and now they don't even have an auto bay so I have to travel a half hour even to talk about it because you can't get anyone on the phone and the local store won't even give my number to a manager to call me back. It's almost 2024 and the remote start doesn't even perform any of the functions it's supposed to and my battery won't hold a charge. Electronics are expensive - don't trust your money with these jokers. If something goes wrong it's "not my problem." And you'll never get ahold of anyone who will take ownership.

Absolutely terrible customer service. We did not have an appointment coming in, so I did not care to have to wait for service. The problem we had was that after an associate initially asked us what we were there for, he said he would be back and went to speak with someone more knowledgeable. They finished up with the current customer and we continued sitting there for at least 10minutes (we were the only ones left). No one ever came back to check on us or even just say it would be a few minutes. Again, I do not care to wait for service but the horrible lack of communication and never coming back was terrible customer service.
