“I felt like a positive experience at the post office needs to be noticed. I have had some awful experiences at post offices and always dread going. My experience here was great. The woman working was friendly and efficient. I had filled out a mailing form incorrectly and she kindly explained the issue and sent me over to the side to fix it and return to line in place of where I would have been. She was processing people quickly and kindly, my total wait was maybe 10-15 minutes and there was a long line.”

Once I mistakenly put something incorrect in a media mail package, and when I went to ask them why it had been upgraded to priority, they were able to look up exactly what the problem was (it was my mistake) and answer my question.
