Had some electrical outages in my house. Called Wednesday evening and Justin came early Thursday morning. A tricky problem but he stayed and fixed the electrical issue. Good price and fast efficient service. Highly recommend.

I see negative reviews, but we just had a fantastic experience! The trouble with reviews are that everyone is quick to share their bad experience, but not the good. So the bad out weighs the good sometime and it isn’t fair.
We had an excellent customer service experience and prompt service rendered! They were excellent!

Made appointment quickly, showed up on time, the gentleman who came to our home was very polite and knowledgeable and quickly took care of our needs for a reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again.

Do not work for this company. Fred and Andy Mudd are running this company to the ground with their lack of leadership. Not paying your employees for vacation time they accumulated is unacceptable. Just remember that what goes around comes back around.

Technician was originally scheduled on a day when we had snow. He called and stated that he could not show up, which I was very understanding, he would come out the next day. NO SHOW/NO Call. I contacted the office the following day and they stated that they had called me several times but had the wrong number (when they had the correct one the day before). Asked them when they could reschedule it and the office lady said that someone would call me. After waiting for hours, no one call, I called the office back. She informed me that I might want to consider finding another electrician as they were very busy and offered numbers for other local electricians. The original appointment was a week and a half wait to have no one show up and then tell me to call another business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME because they wasted mine without any regard or apology for doing so.
